In the light of those developments further study is required of experience gained in such a manner of providing expert advice in the disability field to the Special Rapporteur and to the Secretariat.

6. On 23 September 1994, the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Union of Myanmar addressed the following letter to the Special Rapporteur:
