We strongly condemn all violations of the human rights of women and girls in situations of armed conflict and the use of sexual exploitation, violence and abuse, and we commit ourselves to elaborating and implementing strategies to report on, prevent and punish gender-based violence.
وندين بشدة جميع انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان للنساء والفتيات في حالات الصراع المسلح وممارسة ضروب الاستغلال والعنف والاعتداء الجنسي ضدهن، ونلتزم بوضع وتنفيذ استراتيجيات للإبلاغ عن العنف القائم على نوع الجنس ومنعه والمعاقبة عليه.

(b) To bring to an end without delay all violations of human rights of women and girls and to take urgent measures to ensure:

The Council adopted a presidential statement (S/PRST/2004/40) in which it strongly condemned all violations of the human rights of women and girls in situations of armed conflict and the use of sexual exploitation, violence and abuse.
واعتمد المجلس بيانا رئاسيا (S/PRST/2004/40) أدان فيه بشدة جميع انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان للنساء والفتيات في حالات النزاع المسلح واللجوء إلى الاستغلال والعنف والإيذاء المتصلة بالجنس.

The Council notes the recent reports of modest progress regarding the access of women and girls to certain services, but considers that such incremental improvements, while welcome, still fall far short of the minimum expectations of the international community, and calls upon all parties, particularly the Taliban, to take measures to end all violations of the human rights of women and girls.
ويلاحظ المجلس ما ورد في التقارير الأخيرة من أنباء حول حدوث تقدم طفيف فيما يتعلق بإمكانية حصول النساء والفتيات على خدمات معينة، لكنه يعتبر أن هذه التحسينات التدريجية، رغم ترحيبه بها، تظل أقل بكثير من الحد الأدنى الذي يتوقعه المجتمع الدولي في هذا المجال، ويناشد جميع الأطراف، ولا سيما الطالبان، أن تتخذ التدابير اللازمة لإنهاء جميع انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان للنساء والفتيات،

Condemn all violations of the human rights of women and girls in situations of armed conflict; take all necessary measures to bring to an end such violations; and call upon all parties involved in conflict to adhere at all times to their obligations under applicable principles of international humanitarian law, human rights law and refugee law as they pertain to women and girls.
إدانة جميع انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان للنساء والفتيات في حالات الصراع المسلح؛ واتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة لوضع حد لهذه الانتهاكات، ودعوة جميع أطراف النزاع إلى التقيد دائما بما عليها من التزامات بموجب المبادئ السارية للقانون الإنساني الدولي والقانون المتعلق بحقوق الإنسان والقانون المتعلق باللاجئين، وذلك في الجوانب ذات الصلة بالنساء والفتيات.

Calls upon all Afghan parties to respect fully the equal human rights and fundamental freedoms of women and girls in accordance with international human rights law and, in particular, consistent with the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women, to bring to an end, without delay, all violations of the human rights of women and girls and to take urgent measures to ensure:
13 - تهيب بجميع الأطراف الأفغانية بأن تحترم تماما تمتع النساء والفتيات على قدم المساواة بحقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية وفقا للقانون الإنساني الدولي، وبما يتمشى بصفة خاصة مع اتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة، من أجل وضع حد، دون تأخير، لجميع انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان للنساء والفتيات واتخاذ تدابير عاجلة لضمان ما يلي:

13. Calls upon the Interim Authority and its successors to give high priority to the ratification of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women and to respect fully the human rights and fundamental freedoms of women and girls in accordance with international human rights law, to bring to an end, without delay, all violations of the human rights of women and girls, and to take urgent measures to ensure:
13- تطلب إلى السلطة المؤقتة وخلفها إيلاء أولوية عالية للتصديق على اتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة، واحترام حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية للنساء والفتيات احتراماً تاماً وفقاً للقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان، والقيام دون تأخير بإنهاء جميع انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان للنساء والفتيات، واتخاذ تدابير عاجلة لضمان ما يلي:

13. Urges all Afghan parties to respect all international human rights instruments, including the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women,9 to bring to an end without delay all violations of the human rights of women and girls, to take urgent measures to ensure respect for all fundamental freedoms and to respect international humanitarian law with regard to the conduct of hostilities;
13 - تحث جميع الأطراف الأفغانية على احترام جميع الصكوك الدولية لحقوق الإنسان، بما فيها اتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة(9)، وعلى وضع حد دون تأخير لجميع انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان للنساء والفتيات، وعلى اتخاذ تدابير عاجلة لكفالة احترام جميع الحريات الأساسية، وعلى احترام القانون الإنساني الدولي فيما يتعلق بأعمال القتال؛

14. Also urges the Government of the Sudan to bring to an end without delay all violations of human rights of women and girls, especially in the light of the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action (A/CONF.177/20, chap. I) adopted by the Fourth World Conference on Women, and to take urgent measures to ensure the repeal of all legislative and other measures which discriminate against women;
٤١- تحث أيضا حكومة السودان على القيام، دون تأخير، بوضع حد لجميع انتهاكات حقوق اﻹنسان للنساء والفتيات، وخاصة في ضوء إعلان ومنهاج عمل بيجينغ A/CONF.177/20)، الفصل اﻷول( اللذين اعتمدهما المؤتمر العالمي الرابع المعني بالمرأة، وعلى اتخاذ تدابير عاجلة لضمان إلغاء كل التدابير التشريعية وغيرها من التدابير التي تميز ضد المرأة؛
