1. By its resolution 717 (1991) of 16 October 1991, the Security Council decided to establish a United Nations Advance Mission in Cambodia (UNAMIC) immediately after signing of the Agreements on a comprehensive political settlement of the Cambodia Conflict.
١ - قرر مجلس اﻷمن، في قراره ٧١٧ )١٩٩١( المؤرخ ١٦ تشرين اﻷول/أكتوبر ١٩٩١، أن ينشئ بعثة اﻷمم المتحدة المتقدمة في كمبوديا فور توقيع الاتفاقات المتعلقة بإيجاد تسوية سياسية شاملة للنزاع في كمبوديا.

" 4. Welcomes the proposal of the co-chairmen of the Paris Conference on Cambodia to reconvene the Conference at an early date at ministerial level to sign the agreements for a comprehensive political settlement of the Cambodia conflict;
" ٤ - يرحب بالاقتراح المقدم من الرئيسين المشاركين لمؤتمر باريس المعني بكمبوديا الذي يدعو إلى إعادة عقد المؤتمر على المستوى الوزاري في وقت قريب بغية توقيع الاتفاقات المتعلقة بإيجاد تسوية سياسية شاملة لنزاع كمبوديا؛

" 2. Decides to establish, under its authority, a United Nations Advance Mission in Cambodia immediately after the signing of the agreements for a comprehensive political settlement and in accordance with the report of the Secretary-General (S/23097), with members of the mission to be sent to Cambodia immediately after the signing;
" ٢ - يقرر أن يشكل، تحت سلطته، بعثة متقدمة لﻷمم المتحدة في كمبوديا فور توقيع الاتفاقات المتعلقة بإيجاد تسوية سياسية شاملة وطبقا لتقرير اﻷمين العام )S/23097(، بحيث يوفد أعضاء البعثة إلى كمبوديا فور توقيع الاتفاقات؛
