43. Calls upon all States to include, within the overall context of policies and programmes for all children within their jurisdiction, appropriate provisions for the realization of the rights of children in early childhood, in particular:
43 - تهيب بجميع الدول أن تدرج، في السياق العام للسياسات والبرامج المتعلقة بجميع الأطفال في إطار ولايتها، أحكاما مناسبة لإعمال حقوق الأطفال في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة، وبخاصة ما يلي:

16. The Committee recommends that the State party develop a comprehensive data collection system to monitor the progress on child-related policies and programmes for all children below the age of 18 years.
16- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بوضع نظام شامل لجمع البيانات بهدف رصد التقدم المحرز بشأن السياسات والبرامج الخاصة بالأطفال وذلك فيما يتعلق بجميع الأطفال دون سن 18 سنة.
