أولا- المبادئ التوجيهية للخبراء الحكوميين والأمانة بشأن إجراء الاستعراضات القطرية

In that resolution, the Conference endorsed the guidelines for governmental experts and the secretariat in the conduct of country reviews and the blueprint for country review reports.
وكان المؤتمر قد أيَّد في ذلك القرار المبادئَ التوجيهية للخبراء الحكوميين والأمانة بشأن إجراء الاستعراضات القطرية والمخطط النموذجي لتقارير الاستعراضات القطرية.

The guidelines for governmental experts and the secretariat in the conduct of country reviews and the blueprint for country review reports and executive summaries, as finalized by the Group, are contained in annex I to the present report.
31- وترد في المرفق الأول لهذا التقرير المبادئ التوجيهية للخبراء الحكوميين والأمانة بشأن إجراء الاستعراضات القطرية والمخطط النموذجي لتقارير الاستعراض القطرية والموجزات التنفيذية.

At its first session, held from 28 June to 2 July 2010, the Implementation Review Group finalized the guidelines for governmental experts and the secretariat in the conduct of country reviews and the blueprint for country review reports and executive summaries.
ووضع فريق استعراض التنفيذ، في دورته الأولى المعقودة من 28 حزيران/يونيه إلى 2 تموز/يوليه 2010، الصيغة النهائية للمبادئ التوجيهية للخبراء الحكوميين والأمانة بشأن إجراء الاستعراضات القطرية والمخطط النموذجي لتقارير الاستعراض القطرية والخلاصات الوافية.

In its resolution 3/1, the Conference adopted the terms of reference of the Review Mechanism and draft guidelines for governmental experts and the secretariat in the conduct of country reviews and the draft blueprint for country review reports, to be finalized by the Implementation Review Group.
واعتمد المؤتمر في قراره 3/1 اختصاصات آلية الاستعراض ومشروع المبادئ التوجيهية للخبراء الحكوميين والأمانة بشأن إجراء الاستعراضات القطرية وكذلك مشروع المخطط النموذجي لتقارير الاستعراضات القطرية، الذي سوف يضعه فريق استعراض التنفيذ في صيغته النهائية.

At its first session, the Group had before it a note by the Secretariat on the guidelines for governmental experts and the secretariat in the conduct of country reviews (CAC/COSP/IRG/2010/2) and a proposal submitted by China and the Russian Federation.
2- وكان معروضاً على الفريق في دورته الأولى مذكّرة من الأمانة عن المبادئ التوجيهية للخبراء الحكوميين والأمانة بشأن إجراء الاستعراضات القطرية (CAC/COSP/IRG/2010/2) واقتراح مقدّم من الاتحاد الروسي والصين.

In its resolution 4/1, the Conference endorsed the guidelines for governmental experts and the secretariat in the conduct of country reviews (hereinafter " the guidelines " ) that had been finalized upon its request by the Group.
16- أيَّد المؤتمر، في قراره 4/1، المبادئ التوجيهية للخبراء الحكوميين والأمانة بشأن إجراء الاستعراضات القطرية (يُشار إليها فيما يلي باسم " المبادئ التوجيهية " ) التي وضعها فريق الاستعراض في صيغتها النهائية بناء على طلب المؤتمر.
