When the present document was being finalized, the Committee on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families was discussing a general comment on migrant domestic workers, with a view to adopting it at the end of 2010.
وأثناء وضع هذه الوثيقة في صيغتها النهائية، كانت لجنة حماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم تناقش تعليقاً عاماً بشأن العمال المنزليين المهاجرين بغرض اعتماده في نهاية عام 2010.

30. On 2 December 2010, the Committee on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families adopted its first general comment - general comment No. 1 (2010) on migrant domestic workers.
30- في 2 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2010، اعتمدت اللجنة المعنية بحماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم تعليقها العام رقم 1(2010) بشأن العمال المنزليين المهاجرين.

To this end, the Committee urges the State party to refer to its general comment No. 1 on migrant domestic workers, adopted in 2010 (CMW/C/GC/1).

29. The Committee recommends that, in accordance with articles 25, 26 and 27 of the Convention, and in line with the Committee's general comment No. 1 (2011) on migrant domestic workers, the State party guarantee in law and in practice the labour rights of all migrant workers, particularly unskilled workers, within its territory.
29- توصي اللجنة بأن تكفل الدولة الطرف، في القانون والممارسة معاً، حقوق العمل لجميع العمال المهاجرين داخل إقليمها، ولا سيما العمال المهاجرين غير المهرة، وفقاً للمواد 25 و26 و27 من الاتفاقية ووفقاً لما جاء في تعليق اللجنة العام رقم 1(2011) بشأن العمال المنزليين المهاجرين.

(d) Ensure that women migrant workers, especially domestic workers, have access to effective mechanisms for bringing complaints against employers, and prosecute and punish those responsible for abuses against them, in line with the Committee's general comment No. 1 (2010) on migrant domestic workers.
(د) ضمان وصول المرأة المهاجرة العاملة في الخدمة المنزلية على وجه الخصوص إلى آليات فعالة لتقديم شكاوى ضد أصحاب العمل، وملاحقة ومعاقبة المسؤولين عن الاعتداء عليها، وفقاً لتعليق اللجنة العام رقم 1(2010) بشأن العمال المنزليين المهاجرين.

This follows general comment No. 1 (2010) on migrant domestic workers of the Committee on the Protection of the Rights of all Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families, which pays particular attention to the vulnerability of migrant domestic workers throughout the different stages of migration.
ويأتي هذا بعد التعليق العام رقم 1(2010) بشأن العمال المنزليين المهاجرين الصادر عن اللجنة المعنية بحماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم، الذي يولي اهتماماً خاصاً لضعف العمال المنزليين المهاجرين طوال مختلف مراحل الهجرة.

(c) Ensure that migrant domestic workers have access to effective mechanisms for bringing complaints against employers, and prosecute and punish those responsible for abuses against them, in line with the Committee's general comment No. 1 (2010) on migrant domestic workers.
(ج) ضمان أن تتاح للعمال المنزليين المهاجرين إمكانية الوصول إلى آليات فعالة لرفع الشكاوى ضد أصحاب العمل وملاحقة ومعاقبة المسؤولين عن الاعتداءات المرتكبة بحقهم، وفقاً للتعليق العام للجنة رقم 1(2010) بشأن العمال المنزليين المهاجرين.

(d) Ensure that women migrant workers, especially those employed in domestic service, have access to effective mechanisms for lodging complaints against their employers and that persons who abuse such workers are tried and punished in accordance with the Committee's general comment No. 1 (2010) on migrant domestic workers.
(د) ضمان إمكانية استفادة العاملات المهاجرات، وبخاصة العاملات في الخدمة المنزلية، من آليات فعالة لتقديم شكاوى ضد أصحاب العمل، ومقاضاة المدانين بارتكاب اعتداءات بحقهن ومعاقبتهم، وفقاً لتعليق اللجنة العام رقم 1(2010) بشأن العمال المنزليين المهاجرين.
