By the same decision, the Conference invited Parties to provide comments on appropriate criteria to be used to the Secretariat, by 31 January 2009, and requested the Secretariat to continue to follow the development of the ship recycling convention and to report thereon to the Open-ended Working Group at its seventh session and to the Conference of the Parties at its tenth meeting.
3 - دعا المؤتمر - في نفس المقرر - الأطراف إلى تقديم التعليقات بشأن المعايير المناسبة لاستعمال الأمانة في موعد غايته 31 كانون الثاني/يناير 2009، وطلب إلى الأمانة مواصلة متابعة عملية وضع الاتفاقية المتعلقة بإعادة تدوير السفن وإعداد تقارير بشأن ذلك إلى الفريق العامل المفتوح العضوية في دورته السابعة وإلى مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته العاشرة.
