(b) not later than 30 days after the adoption of this decision, submit to the Secretariat the declaration required by Article III of the Convention;

6. 14. Also decides that Annex I Parties shall submit a full national communication every four years, noting that the next due date after adoption of this decision is 1 January 2014 according to decision 9/CP.16;
14- يقرر أيضاً أن تقدم الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول بلاغا وطنياً كاملاً مرة كل أربع سنوات، مشيراً إلى أن التاريخ المقبل لتقديم هذا التقرير بعد اعتماد هذا المقرر هو 1 كانون الثاني/يناير 2014 وفقاً للمقرر 9/م أ-16؛

25. Requests the Member States acting through or in cooperation with the organization referred to in Annex 1-A of the Peace Agreement to report to the Council, through the appropriate channels and at least at monthly intervals, the first such report be made not later than 10 days following the adoption of this resolution;

If, subsequent to the adoption of this Protocol, a Party to the Convention not addressed in subparagraphs (a) and (b) above voluntarily proposes a national emissions limitation target for the assessment period 2013 to 2017 or subsequent assessment period, the following procedures and rules shall apply:
(ج) إذا اقترح طرف في الاتفاقية غير مذكور في الفقرتين الفرعيتين (أ) و(ب) أعلاه طواعية، بعد اعتماد هذا البروتوكول، هدفاً لتحديد الانبعاثات الوطنية عن فترة التقييم 2013-2017 أو عن فترات التقييم اللاحقة، تُطبَّق عليه الإجراءات والقواعد التالية:

No federal laws passed after the adoption of the Act would apply to Guam without its consent.
ولا تنطبق أية قوانين اتحادية تصدر بعد اعتماد هذا القانون على غوام بدون موافقتها.

Conversely, the Agreement provides that any instrument of ratification or formal confirmation of or accession to the Convention following the adoption of the Agreement shall also represent consent to be bound by the Agreement.
