To establish regional offices in those Regional implementation annexes that have asked for such structures to be established;

65. At the regional level, joint activities focus on advancing cooperation on thematic and scientific issues among affected countries covered by the five regional implementation annexes of the Convention.

20. Invites affected developing country Parties and other Parties covered by Regional implementation annexes of the Convention, with the support of developed country Parties and concerned institutions, to promote capacity-building measures and participatory processes in the field of natural resources management;
20- يدعو البلدان الأطراف المتأثرة من البلدان النامية والأطراف الأخرى المشمولة بمرفقات التنفيذ الإقليمي للاتفاقية، بدعم من الأطراف من البلدان المتقدمة والمؤسسات المعنية، إلى تعزيز تدابير بناء القدرات والعمليات القائمة على المشاركة في ميدان إدارة الموارد الطبيعية؛

3. Decides that the review of the reports of other affected developing country Parties and other Parties covered by Regional implementation annexes of the Convention on implementation of the UNCCD at future intersessional sessions of the CRIC will be conducted in alphabetical order.
3- يقرر اتباع الترتيب الأبجدي في استعراض التقارير المتعلقة بتنفيذ الاتفاقية المقدمة من البلدان الأطراف النامية المتأثرة الأخرى ومن الأطراف الأخرى المشمولة بمرفقات التنفيذ الإقليمي للاتفاقية في دورات مقبلة للجنة استعراض تنفيذ الاتفاقية تُعقد فيما بين دورات مؤتمر الأطراف.

88. The COP at its ninth session may consider directing the Executive Secretary, at the request of and in consultation with the Regional Implementation Annexes:

49. By paragraph 39 of the same decision, the Parties and the Regional implementation annexes were invited to develop nationally and regionally relevant indicators for the implementation of The Strategy for consideration at CRIC 7 in the context of the development of reporting guidelines for the Parties.
49- وبموجب الفقرة 39 من المقرر نفسه، دُعيت الأطراف والبلدان المشمولة بمرفقات التنفيذ الإقليمي إلى وضع مؤشرات ذات صلة على الصعيدين الوطني والإقليمي لتنفيذ الاستراتيجية، كي تنظر فيها لجنة استعراض تنفيذ الاتفاقية في دورتها السابعة في سياق وضع المبادئ التوجيهية للإبلاغ الخاصة بالأطراف.

69. The subregional, regional and interregional activities have an important role in advancing cooperation on thematic and scientific issues among affected countries covered by the five regional implementation annexes of the Convention.
69- للأنشطة دون الإقليمية والإقليمية والأقاليمية دور هام في حفز التعاون بشأن القضايا المواضيعية والعلمية بين البلدان المتأثرة المشمولة بمرفقات التنفيذ الإقليمي الخمسة للاتفاقية.

9. Regional consultations of affected country Parties of the Convention's regional implementation annexes on matters that were before the Committee were held from 12 to 13 April 2013.
9- أُجريت في الفترة من 12 إلى 13 نيسان/أبريل 2013 مشاورات إقليمية للبلدان الأطراف المتأثرة المشمولة بمرفقات التنفيذ الإقليمي الملحقة بالاتفاقية تناولت المسائل المعروضة على اللجنة.

9. Regional consultations of affected country Parties of the Convention's regional implementation annexes on matters before CRIC 11 will take place in Bonn, Germany, from 12 to 13 April 2013, before the commencement of the eleventh session of the Committee.
9- ستُجرى المشاورات الإقليمية للبلدان المتأثرة الأطراف المشمولة بمرفقات التنفيذ الإقليمي للاتفاقية بشأن المسائل المعروضة على الدورة الحادية عشرة للجنة، في بون، بألمانيا، في الفترة من 12 إلى 13 نيسان/أبريل 2013، قبل بدء الدورة الحادية عشرة للجنة.

2. Urges affected country Parties and Regional implementation annexes to intensify their efforts to align their national, subregional and regional action programmes with The Strategy;
2- يحث البلدان الأطراف المتأثرة والمناطق المشمولة بمرفقات التنفيذ الإقليمي على تكثيف جهودها لمواءمة برامج العمل الوطنية الإقليمية ودون الإقليمية الخاصة بها مع الاستراتيجية؛

(c) Provision for information, review of implementation, and facilitation of the consultative and coordination process (art. 23.2(b) and (c); art. 26.1, 26.6 and 26.7; art. 22.2(a) and (b), and relevant provisions for regional implementation annexes);

Encourages the developed country Parties and the relevant international organizations to further take into account the aims and objectives of the UNCCD in their strategies to support the efforts of the affected developing country Parties and other Parties covered by Regional implementation annexes of the Convention in the context of the implementation of the Convention;
4- يُشجِّع البلدان النامية الأطراف والمنظمات الدولية ذات الصلة على أن تراعي في استراتيجياتها بمزيد من الاهتمام مقاصد اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة التصحر وأهدافها بغية دعم جهود البلدان النامية الأطراف المتضررة وسائر الأطراف المشمولة بمرفقات التنفيذ الإقليمي للاتفاقية، في سياق تنفيذ الاتفاقية؛

Encourages the affected developing country Parties and other Parties covered by Regional implementation annexes of the Convention which have not yet adopted national action programmes and, if applicable, subregional and regional action programmes, actively to pursue the goal of finalizing their programmes before the end of 2005 at the latest;
7- يُشجِّع البلدان الأطراف النامية المتأثرة وسائر الأطراف المشمولة بمرفقات التنفيذ الإقليمي للاتفاقية التي لم تعتمد بعد برامج عمل وطنية وكذلك، عند الاقتضاء، برامج عمل إقليمية ودون إقليمية، على السعي سعيًا حثيثًا لتحقيق هدف استكمال برامجها قبل نهاية عام 2005 كحد أقصى؛

76. For the national level, the affected developed countries listed in the regional implementation annexes could furnish biennial reports on the monitoring of the 10-year plan, with the same three time frames as for global monitoring: the short, medium and long term.
76- وعلى المستوى الوطني، يمكن أن تقدم البلدان المتقدمة المتأثرة المشمولة بمرفقات التنفيذ الإقليمي كل سنتين تقارير عن متابعة خطة السنوات العشر، باعتماد ثلاث فترات مرجعية على غرار المتابعة على المستوى الكلي: أي الأجل القصير والأجل المتوسط والأجل الطويل.

77. For the affected developed countries listed in the regional implementation annexes, priority in supplying the indicators should be given to capacity building to make it possible to provide the indicators included in the country profile, once revised, within a reasonable time and using the chosen methodologies.
77- أما بالنسبة إلى البلدان النامية المتأثرة المشمولة بمرفقات التنفيذ الإقليمي، فينبغي أن تتمثل أولويات تقديم مؤشرات خطة السنوات العشر في تعزيز القدرات على نحو يتيح تقديم مؤشرات جذاذة معلومات البلدان بعد تنقيحها، في أجل معقول وبشرح المنهجيات المعتمدة.

d. The secretariat services the regional implementation annexes on request through facilitating cooperation at regional/subregional levels.
