181.1 A mechanism to facilitate Annex I Parties’ coordination of measures developed to achieve the Objective of the Convention is hereby established to provide the Meeting of the Parties and, as appropriate, the institutions established by the Convention and other relevant international organizations with timely advice on the coordination of such measures.
١٨١-١ تنشأ بموجب هذا آلية لتسهيل قيام أطراف المرفق اﻷول بتنسيق التدابير المتخذة لتحقيق هدف الاتفاقية، وذلك بغية تزويد اجتماع اﻷطراف وكذلك المؤسسات المنشأة بموجب الاتفاقية وغيرها من المنظمات الدولية المهنية، حسب الاقتضاء، بمشورة تقدم في الوقت المناسب بشأن تنسيق هذه التدابير.

(e) Ensure that Liberian refugees in Ghana are not forcibly returned to their country of origin in a manner that would be inconsistent with the non-refoulement obligations under the Convention or other international human rights instruments.

In the absence of an extradition request, the State party should prosecute all persons responsible for acts of torture or other international crimes who are present in its territory, including the former President, Moussa Dadis Camara, in keeping with its obligations under the Convention and the other international instruments that the State party has ratified.

Many States parties, particularly developing coastal and small island States, have yet to attain the capacity to carry out their obligations under the Convention and other relevant instruments, and some flag States are wanting in fulfilling their international legal obligations.

4.2 The State party contends that it has taken adequate measures to implement its obligations under the Convention and other fundamental legal instruments on discrimination, notably the European Union rules and standards.
4-2 وتدعي الدولة الطرف بأنها اتخذت تدابير كافية لتنفيذ التزاماتها بموجب الاتفاقية وغيرها من الصكوك القانونية الأساسية المعنية بالتمييز، ولا سيما قواعد ومعايير الاتحاد الأوروبي.

20. 1. Recognizes the opportunities for Parties included in Annex I to the Convention whose special circumstances are recognized by the Conference of the Parties to benefit, at least until 2020, from support from relevant bodies established under the Convention and other relevant bodies and institutions to enhance mitigation, adaptation, technology, capacity-building and access to finance;

19. The Committee expresses its concern that many discriminatory provisions remain in laws such as the Personal Status Act, the Criminal Code, the Prisons Act, the Civil Code, the Nationality Act, the Education Act and the Private Sector Labour Act, contrary to the State party's obligations under the Convention and other relevant international human rights instruments.
