The Ministers welcomed the adoption of General Assembly resolutions 61/19 and 62/122 related to the abolition of the Trans-Atlantic slave trade and its consequences, as well as General Assembly resolution 63/5, 64/15, 65/23966/114 67/108, and 68/7 related to the Permanent memorial to and remembrance of the victims of slavery and the transatlantic slave trade.
