1. In its resolution 10/12, the Human Rights Council requested the Advisory Committee to undertake a study on discrimination in the context of the right to food, including identification of good practices of anti-discriminatory policies and strategies, and to report on it to the thirteenth session of the Council.
1- طلب مجلس حقوق الإنسان، في قراره 10/12، إلى اللجنة الاستشارية أن تضطلع بدراسة بشأن التمييز في سياق الحق في الغذاء، بما في ذلك تحديد الممارسات الجيّدة في سياسات واستراتيجيات مكافحة التمييز، وأن تقدِّم تقريراً في هذا الشأن إلى المجلس في دورته الثالثة عشرة.

10. Invites the High Commissioner to solicit comments from Governments, nongovernmental organizations and other relevant bodies on the main trends and governmental policies regarding this subject, especially on the development of political parties with racist platforms, as well as actions to counter such trends, and to submit a report thereon to the Commission at its fiftyninth session;
10- تدعو المفوضة السامية إلى أن تلتمس من الحكومات والمنظمات غير الحكومية وغيرها من الهيئات ذات الصلة إبداء تعليقاتها على الاتجاهات والسياسات الحكومية الرئيسية فيما يخص هذا الموضوع، ولا سيما بشأن تطور الأحزاب السياسية التي تتصف برامج عملها بالعنصرية، وأن تقدم تقريراً في هذا الشأن إلى اللجنة في دورتها التاسعة والخمسين؛

20. In its resolutions 14/14 and 17/20, the Council requested the High Commissioner to continue to provide technical assistance through her office in Bishkek and to work with the Government of Kyrgyzstan and other actors, as needed, to identify additional areas of assistance that would aid Kyrgyzstan in its ability to fulfil its human rights obligations, to brief the Council on progress and to submit a report thereon to the Council.
20- طلب المجلس، في قراريه 14/4 و17/20، إلى المفوضة السامية أن تواصل تقديم المساعدة التقنية عن طريق مكتب المفوضية في بيشكيك والعمل مع حكومة قيرغيزستان والجهات الفاعِلة الأخرى، بحسب الاقتضاء، لتحديد مجالات المساعدة الإضافية التي من شأنها تدعيم قدرة قيرغيزستان على الوفاء بالتزاماتها في مجال حقوق الإنسان، وأن تطلع المجلس على التقدم المحرز وتقدم إليه تقريراً في هذا الشأن.
