At its sixty-seventh session, the General Assembly decided to convene a high-level meeting of the Assembly no later than July 2013 in order to assess achievements, gaps and challenges including in the implementation of relevant legal instruments.
وفي الدورة السابعة والستين، قررت الجمعية العامة أن تدعو إلى عقد اجتماع رفيع المستوى للجمعية العامة في موعد أقصاه تموز/يوليه 2013، من أجل تقييم الإنجازات وتحديد الثغرات والتحديات في مجالات منها تنفيذ الصكوك القانونية ذات الصلة بالموضوع.

86. Hazardous chemicals and pesticides, persistent organic pollutants and the bioaccumulation of mercury also pose a threat to human and marine life thus underscoring the need for full implementation of the relevant legal instruments.
٨٦ - وتشكّل أيضا المواد الكيميائية الخطرة ومبيدات الآفات والملوثات العضوية الثابتة والتراكم الأحيائي للزئبق خطرا يهدد حياة البشر والأحياء البحرية، مما يؤكد بذلك الحاجة إلى تنفيذ الصكوك القانونية ذات الصلة بالموضوع تنفيذا تاما.

4. Decides to appraise, from within existing resources, on a four-year basis, starting at its seventy-second session, the progress achieved in the implementation of the Global Plan of Action in order to assess achievements, gaps and challenges, including in the implementation of the relevant legal instruments, and requests the Secretary-General to take all necessary measures in that regard;
4 - تقرر القيام مرة كل أربع سنوات اعتبارا من دورتها الثانية والسبعين، وفي حدود الموارد المتاحة، بتقييم التقدم المحرز في تنفيذ خطة العمل العالمية من أجل تقييم الإنجازات وتحديد الثغرات والتحديات في مجالات منها تنفيذ الصكوك القانونية ذات الصلة بالموضوع، وتطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يتخذ جميع التدابير اللازمة في هذا الصدد؛
