26. On 5 September 2014, the Commission adopted by consensus the Recommendations of the Commission on the Limits of the Continental Shelf in regard to the submission made by Ghana on 28 April 2009, as amended.

18. On 29 March 2011, the Subcommission introduced the " Recommendations of the Commission on the Limits of the Continental Shelf in regard to the submission made by Suriname on 5 December 2008 " to the Commission through a presentation delivered by the Chairperson of the Subcommission.

10. The Commission then carried out a thorough examination of the recommendations prepared by the Subcommission, which are contained in " Recommendations of the Commission on the Limits of the Continental Shelf in regard to the submission made by New Zealand on 19 April 2006 " .

Thereafter, the Commission adopted the " Recommendations of the Commission on the Limits of the Continental Shelf in regard to the submission made by Brazil on 17 May 2004 on information on the proposed outer limits of its continental shelf beyond 200 nautical miles " by a vote of 15 to 2, with no abstentions.
وعليــه، اعتمدت اللجنة " توصيات لجنة حدود الجرف القاري بشأن الطلب المقدم من البرازيل في 17 أيار/مايو 2004 فيما يتعلق بمعلومات عن الحدود الخارجية المقترحة لجرفها القاري فيما يتجاوز 200 ميل بحري " في تصويت بأغلبيـة 15 عضوا مقابل عضوين دون أن يمتنع أحد عن التصويت.

Thereafter, the Commission adopted the " Recommendations of the Commission on the Limits of the Continental Shelf in regard to the Submission Made by Brazil on 17 May 2004 on Information on the Proposed Outer Limits of its Continental Shelf beyond 200 Nautical Miles " by a vote. Fifteen members voted in favour, two against, with no abstentions.

On 9 April 2008, the Commission adopted the " Recommendations of the Commission on the Limits of the Continental Shelf in regard to the submission made by Australia on 15 November 2004 on information on the proposed outer limits of its continental shelf beyond 200 nautical miles " by a formal vote of 14 to 3, with 1 abstention.
وفي 9 نيسان/أبريل 2008، اعتمدت اللجنة " توصيات لجنة حدود الجرف القاري فيما يتعلق بالرسالة التي قدمتها أستراليا في 15 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2004 بخصوص الحدود الخارجية المقترحة لجرفها القاري خارج مسافة 200 ميل بحري " بأغلبية 14 صوتا مؤيدا مقابل 3 وامتناع عضو واحد عن التصويت.

On 11 March 2014, following a thorough consideration of the draft recommendations prepared by the Subcommission and of the above-mentioned presentation made by the delegation, the Commission adopted by consensus the Recommendations of the Commission on the Limits of the Continental Shelf in regard to the partial revised submission made by the Russian Federation in respect of the Sea of Okhotsk on 28 February 2013, with amendments.
وفي 11 آذار/مارس 2014، وبعد دراسة وافية لمشاريع التوصيات التي أعدتها اللجنة الفرعية والعرض المشار إليه أعلاه الذي قدمه الوفد، اعتمدت اللجنة بتوافق الآراء " توصيات لجنة حدود الجرف القاري بشأن الطلب الجزئي المنقح المقدّم من الاتحاد الروسي فيما يتعلق ببحر أوخوتسك في 28 شباط/فبراير 2013 " مع التعديلات.

20. On 19 April 2012, the Commission adopted by consensus the " Recommendations of the Commission on the Limits of the Continental Shelf in regard to the submission made by Japan on 12 November 2008 " .

At the twenty-seventh session, after a thorough examination of the recommendations and of outstanding issues, on 28 March 2011 the Commission adopted the " Recommendations of the Commission on the Limits of the Continental Shelf in regard to the submission made by Indonesia in respect of the area North West of Sumatra on 16 June 2008 " by 11 votes to 2, with 2 abstentions.

14. On 29 March 2011, the Subcommission introduced the " Recommendations of the Commission on the Limits of the Continental Shelf in regard to the joint submission made by Mauritius and Seychelles concerning the Mascarene Plateau region on 1 December 2008 " to the Commission through a presentation delivered by the Chairperson of the Subcommission, together with another member of the Subcommission, Mr. Symonds.
14 - في 29 آذار/مارس 2011، قدمت اللجنة الفرعية ' ' توصيات لجنة حدود الجرف القاري بشأن الطلب المشترك المقدم من موريشيوس وسيشيل فيما يتعلق بمنطقة هضبة ماسكارين في 1 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2008`` إلى اللجنة من خلال عرض قدمه رئيس اللجنة الفرعية، جنبا إلى جنب مع عضو آخر في اللجنة الفرعية، هو السيد سيموندس.

Following a thorough consideration of the recommendations prepared by the Subcommission and of the above-mentioned presentation made by the delegations, on 30 March 2011, the Commission adopted by consensus the " Recommendations of the Commission on the Limits of the Continental Shelf in regard to the joint submission made by Mauritius and Seychelles concerning the Mascarene Plateau region on 1 December 2008 " .

Following a thorough consideration of the recommendations prepared by the Subcommission, on 30 March 2011, the Commission adopted by consensus the " Recommendations of the Commission on the Limits of the Continental Shelf in regard to the submission made by Suriname on 5 December 2008, " with amendments.
20 - وبعد إنعام النظر في التوصيات التي أعدتها اللجنة الفرعية، اعتمدت اللجنة بتوافق الآراء في 30 آذار/مارس 2011 " توصيات لجنة حدود الجرف القاري بشأن الطلب المقدم من سورينام في 5 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2008 " مع التعديلات.

67. The Commission took note of the note verbale and confirmed unanimously once more that its " Recommendations of the Commission on the Limits of the Continental Shelf in regard to the submission made by the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in respect of Ascension Island on 9 May 2008 " were prepared in strict adherence to article 76 of and annex II to the Convention.
67 - وقد أحاطت اللجنة علماً بالمذكرة الشفوية، وأكدت مرة أخرى بالإجماع أن " توصيات لجنة حدود الجرف القاري فيما يتعلق بالطلب المقدم من المملكة المتحدة لبريطانيا العظمى وأيرلندا الشمالية فيما يتعلق بجزيرة آسينسيون في 9 أيار/مايو 2008 " أُعدَّت في امتثال تام لأحكام المادة 76 والمرفق الثاني للاتفاقية.
