كما يُعاقب بالسجن لمدد تتراوح بين ثلاث وثماني سنوات، كل من يقوم بتجنيد أو تمويل أو تجهيز أو تدريب مرتزقة لاستخدامهم في النـزاعات المسلحة في دول أخرى أو في أعمال عنف تهدف إلى قلب نظام الحكم في دولة ما أو انتهاك سلامتها الإقليمية، فضلا عن استخدام المرتزقة في النـزاعات والأعمال المسلحة.

If for the same purpose an organization or a group has been set up, the punishment shall be imprisonment from one to six years, and for the organizers and the leaders - from three to eight years.
وفي حالة الاضطلاع، لنفس الغرض، بتشكيل منظمة أو جماعة، تصبح العقوبة متمثلة في السجن لفترة تتراوح بين سنة واحدة وست سنوات، وبالنسبة للمنظمين والقادة، تكون العقوبة متمثلة في السجن لفترة تتراوح بين ثلاث وثماني سنوات.

1. The recruitment, training, financing or provision of other material assistance to mercenaries, and also the use of mercenaries in armed conflict or other military action, is punishable by a prison term of three to eight years.
المرتزقة 1 - يعاقب تجنيد المرتزقة أو تدريبهم أو توفير احتياجاتهم المادية الأخرى، كما يعاقب استخدام المرتزقة في الصراعات المسلحة أو الأعمال العسكرية الأخرى بالسجن مدة تتراوح بين ثلاث وثماني سنوات.

1. The establishment of an armed group not provided for under the legislation of Turkmenistan, and also the leadership of such a group, shall be punishable by a prison term of three to eight years.
1 - يعاقب على تشكيل التنظيمات المسلحة، غير المنصوص عنها في قوانين تركمانستان، وكذلك قيادة تلك التنظيمات، بالسجن مدة تتراوح بين ثلاث وثماني سنوات.

1. The theft or extortion of firearms, spare parts thereof, ammunition, explosives and explosive devices shall be punishable by imprisonment for three to eight years.
1 - يعاقب على سرقة أو سلب الأسلحة النارية وقطع غيارها، والذخائر، والمتفجرات والأجهزة المتفجرة بالسجن مدة تتراوح بين ثلاث وثماني سنوات.

In accordance with Article 110, 117 and 356a of the Criminal Code, the preparation of the above mentioned crimes shall also be punished (the penalty for preparation of these crimes shall be imprisonment up to five or from three to eight years).

3- والأفعال المنصوص عليها في الجزأين 1 و2 من هذه المادة التي تترتب عليها، بسبب الإهمال، آثار وخيمة - يُعاقَب عليها بالسجن لمدة تتراوح بين ثلاث وثماني سنوات مع الحرمان من الحق في تقلد مناصب معينة أو في المشاركة في أنشطة معينة لمدة لا تتجاوز ثلاث سنوات " .

3. The acts provided for in part 1 or 2 of this Article, which have negligently caused grave consequences - shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of three to eight years, with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to engage in certain activities for a term of maximum three years " .
3- والفعلان المذكوران في الجزأين 1 و2 من هذه المادة، إذا ترتبت عليهما آثار وخيمة بسبب الإهمال، يُعاقَب عليهما بالسجن لمدة تتراوح بين ثلاث وثماني سنوات مع الحرمان من الحق في تقلد مناصب معينة أو في المشاركة في أنشطة معينة لمدة لا تتجاوز ثلاث سنوات " .

According to the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (art. 130), violent actions of a sexual nature such as lesbianism and other actions of a sexual nature involving the use of violence or the threat of its use or exploitation of the victim in a defenceless state are punishable by imprisonment for three to eight years.
وينص القانون الجنائي لجمهورية قيرغيزستان )المادة ١٣٠( على أن مرتكبي أعمال العنف ذات الطبيعة الجنسية، مثل السحاق وغيره من اﻷفعال ذات الطبيعة الجنسية، والتي تنطوي على استخدام العنف أو التهديد باستخدامه ضد الضحية وهي في حالة عجز عن الدفاع عن النفس، يعاقبون بالسجن لفترة تتراوح بين ثلاث وثماني سنوات.

2. A threat to commit an act of terrorism, made repeatedly, either by a group of persons acting in conspiracy or entailing large-scale damage or other serious consequences, is punishable by a term of imprisonment of between three and eight years.
2 - يعاقب على التهديد بتنفيذ عمل إرهابي، إذا تكرر ذلك، أو نفذته مجموعة من الأشخاص بناء على اتفاق مسبق، أو إذا تسبب في حدوث أضرار جسيمة أو أية تأثيرات أخرى خطيرة، بالسجن لمدة تتراوح بين ثلاث وثماني سنوات.
