وإن واقع الجمهورية الذي يتم فيها ضمان حقوق الإنسان الحقيقية بالذات، يدل بجلاء على صحة وواقعية تلك الإجراءات والسياسات.

Under such a situation, without a correct view on human rights, countries cannot guarantee their people genuine human rights or properly deal with human rights issues arising at the international level by counteracting the arbitrariness and high-handedness of hegemonic forces.
في هذه الظروف، لا يمكن، دون رأي صائب في حقوق الإنسان، ضمان حقوق الإنسان الحقيقية للشعب في أي بلد، ولا حل مسألة ضمان حقوق الإنسان الدولي على نحو صائب، بعد تحطيم جور قوى التسلط واستبدادها.

Placing human being at the centre of all considerations and in consideration of the actual realities of the country and practical experience, the DPRK endeavours to protect and promote the genuine human rights with correct views and stand on human rights.
حددت جمهورية كوريا الديمقراطية الشعبية رأيا وموقفا صائبا من حقوق الإنسان، بعد وضع الإنسان في الصدارة، وعلى أساس واقع البلاد الحسي وتجاربها الواقعية، وتسعي جاهدة لحماية حقوق الإنسان الحقيقية وتحقيقها.

It is related that the principles of international law and human rights standards were reflected and established on the noble intention and desire for the building of new world with guarantee of genuine human rights and development of relations between countries based on independence.
ذلك لأن هذه القوانين ومعيار حقوق الإنسان قد صدر، حسب رغبة البشر وأمنيتهم السامية لبناء عالم جديد تتطور فيه العلاقات بين البلدان على أساس الاستقلالية، وتضمن حقوق الإنسان الحقيقية.

It is the consistent political stand of the DPRK to make sustained efforts to protect and promote genuine human rights and positively promote international cooperation in this field.
يتمثل الموقف السياسي الثابت لجمهورية كوريا الشعبية الديمقراطية في بذل جهود مستمرة من أجل حماية حقوق الإنسان الحقيقية وتعزيزها والنهوض بالتعاون الدولي في هذا الميدان بشكل إيجابي.

Any tolerance of such confrontation will lead to distrust, antagonism and enmity among countries and the ongoing efforts of the international community for the protection and promotion of genuine human rights will come to nothing.
وأي تسامح إزاء هذه المواجهة سيولد انعدام الثقة والتنافر والعداوة فيما بين البلدان وسيؤدي إلى إجهاض الجهود التي يبذلها المجتمع الدولي حاليا من أجل حماية وتعزيز حقوق الإنسان الحقيقية.

His Government was committed to cooperating with the international community to solve human-rights problems in an impartial manner, safeguarding the principle of national sovereignty and fully guaranteeing genuine human rights.
وأكد في ختام بيانه التزام حكومته بالتعاون مع المجتمع الدولي على حل مشاكل حقوق الإنسان بطريقة نزيهة تصون مبدأ السيادة الوطنية وتضمن حقوق الإنسان الحقيقية بالكامل.

The DPRK will make every possible effort to check all human rights attempts made by the U.S. and other hostile forces and defend the socialist system where the people are masters and their genuine human rights are guaranteed at the highest level.
وستبذل جمهورية كوريا الشعبية الديمقراطية كل جهد ممكن لوقف جميع المحاولات التي تبذلها الولايات المتحدة والقوى المعادية الأخرى في إطار حقوق الإنسان والدفاع عن النظام الاشتراكي الذي يعيش الناس أسيادا في ظله وتُضمن فيه حقوق الإنسان الحقيقية الخاصة بهم على أعلى مستوى.

The DPRK will make every possible effort to shatter all human rights rackets kicked up by the U.S. and other hostile forces and defend the socialist system where the people are masters and their genuine human rights are guaranteed on the highest level.
وستبذل جمهورية كوريا الشعبية الديمقراطية كل جهد ممكن لتشتيت كل ألاعيب حقوق الإنسان التي تثيرها الولايات المتحدة والقوى المعادية الأخرى، والدفاع عن النظام الاشتراكي الذي يعيش الناس أسيادا في ظله وتُضمن فيه حقوق الإنسان الحقيقية الخاصة بهم على أعلى مستوى.

All the " resolutions " are filled with the contents of eliminating the ideology and system that has been chosen and maintained by the Korean people and defaming the DPRK instead of protecting and promoting the genuine human rights.
هذه " القرارات " ، دون استثناء، محبوكة بمضامين تشويه صورة الجمهورية ومحاولة القضاء على الفكر والنظام اللذين اختارهما الشعب الكوري نفسه ويتمسك بهما، بدلا من حماية حقوق الإنسان الحقيقية وتحسينها.

Whatever the US and its followers slander the human rights situation in the DPRK, they can't fabricate the actual situation in the DPRK and what's more, they can't dismantle the socialist system that ensures the protection and promotion of the genuine human rights of the Korean people.
مهما يكن الافتراء والتشويه الشرس من جانب الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية والقوى الدائرة في فلكها، لا يمكن تشويه حالة حقوق الإنسان في الجمهورية، ولا هدم النظام الاشتراكي للجمهورية، الذي يضمن حماية حقوق الإنسان الحقيقية وتحسينها للشعب.

124. As it has faithfully fulfilled its obligations under the international human rights instruments to which it is a party, the DPRK will make every possible endeavour to oppose high-handed and arbitrary practices and promote genuine human rights dialogue and cooperation in the international field of human rights.
124- وبما أن جمهورية كوريا الشعبية الديمقراطية قد أوفت وفاءً أميناً بالتزاماتها بموجب الصكوك الدولية لحقوق الإنسان التي أصبحت طرفاً فيها، فإنها ستبذل كل جهد ممكن للوقوف في وجه ممارسات الاستعلاء والتعسف ولتعزيز الحوار في مجال حقوق الإنسان الحقيقية والتعاون في المجال الدولي لحقوق الإنسان.
