20- تدعو لجنة التنمية المستدامة إلى دعوة المقرر الخاص إلى تقديم تقرير إليها عن موضوع آثار إلقاء النفايات السمية والخطرة على حقوق الإنسان، من حيث صلته بأعمال تلك اللجنة؛

8. Reiterates the invitation to the Special Rapporteur to pay special attention to violations of the human rights and fundamental freedoms of indigenous children and women, and to take into account a gender perspective;
8- تكرر دعوة المقرر الخاص إلى إيلاء اهتمام خاص لانتهاكات حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية لأطفال السكان الأصليين ونسائهم، وإلى الأخذ بمنظور يراعي الفروق بين الجنسين؛

(a) Request the Special Rapporteur to continue to examine situations of extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions and to submit on an annual basis his findings, together with conclusions and recommendations, to the Council and the General Assembly;
(أ) دعوة المقرر الخاص إلى مواصلة دراسة حالات الإعدام خارج القضاء أو بإجراءات موجزة أو تعسفاً، وتقديم ما يتوصل إليه من نتائج على أساس سنوي، مشفوعة باستنتاجاته وتوصياته، إلى مجلس حقوق الإنسان والجمعية العامة؛

His delegation endorsed the Special Rapporteur's call for a review of the unilateral economic sanctions imposed by certain States on the Syrian Arab Republic, which were having a detrimental impact on the Syrian people.
وأضاف إن وفده يؤيد دعوة المقرر الخاص إلى استعراض الجزاءات الاقتصادية الأحادية الطرف التي تفرضها بعض الدول على الجمهورية العربية السورية، وهي عقوبات لها أثرها المضر بالشعب السوري.
