Part 3 of the same article defines that when the body conducting criminal proceeding reveals, that the protected person needs protection, it shall take a decision, upon the written request of that person or upon its initiative, on taking a protective measure that shall be subject to immediate execution.
وينص الجزء 3 من المادة نفسها على أنه إذا اتضح للهيئة القائمة بالإجراءات الجنائية أن الشخص المشمول بالحماية يحتاج إلى حماية، فيتعين عليها أن تتخذ قراراً بناءً على طلب خطي من ذلك الشخص أو بمبادرة ذاتية منها، بشأن اتخاذ تدابير حماية تخضع للتنفيذ الفوري.

1. The Dispute Tribunal shall suspend proceedings in a case at the written request of the parties, for a time to be specified by it [in writing [United States]].

1. The judges hearing a case may hold oral hearings on the written application of a party or on their own initiative if such hearings would assist in the expeditious and fair disposal of the case.
1 - يجوز للقضاة المكلفين بالنظر في قضية ما أن يعقدوا جلسات لسماع الدعوى بناء على طلب خطي من أحد الطرفين، أو من تلقاء أنفسهم، إذا كانت جلسات سماع الدعوى هذه ستساعد على الفصل في القضية بسرعة ونزاهة.

No laws exist providing for forced sterilization.
