وكما أكدت لسيادتكم في رسائلي السابقة فإن الحكومة التركية تتحمل المسؤولية الدولية الكاملة عن هذه اﻷعمال العدوانية داخل اﻷراضي العراقية وجميع النتائج المترتبة عليها، بغض النظر عن الذرائع التي تدعيها.

As stated in my previous letter, the Turkish Government bears full international responsibility for the acts of aggression it commits inside Iraqi territory and for all their consequences, regardless of the alleged reasons it gives.
وكما أكدت لسيادتكم في رسالتي السابقة فإن الحكومة التركية تتحمل المسؤولية الدولية الكاملة عن هذه اﻷعمال العدوانية داخل اﻷراضي العراقية وجميع النتائج المترتبة عليها، بغض النظر عن الذرائع التي تدعيها.

Iraq, while demanding that the Turkish Government immediately withdraw its invasion forces from Iraqi territory and desist from any repetition of these continual aggressive practices, holds the Turkish Government entirely and internationally responsible for these acts of aggression inside Iraqi territory and for their consequences, regardless of the arguments used to justify them.
إن العراق إذ يطالب الحكومة التركية بسحب قواتها الغازية من داخل أراضيه فورا والكف عن تكرار هذه الممارسات العدائية المستمرة، يحملها المسؤولية الدولية الكاملة عن هذه اﻷعمال العدوانية داخل اﻷراضي العراقية وجميع النتائج المترتبة عليها، بغض النظر عن الذرائع التي تدعيها.

The Government of the Republic of Iraq holds the United States of America and the United Kingdom fully responsible for these acts of aggression and the material damage and loss of human life arising therefrom, and requests that you intervene immediately and effectively to bring a halt to these oppressive actions, which constitute a flagrant violation of the Charter of the United Nations and the norms of international law.
إن حكومة جمهورية العراق تُحمل الولايات المتحدة اﻷمريكية وبريطانيا المسؤولية الدولية الكاملة عن هذه اﻷعمال العدوانية وما يترتب عليها من تعويض للخسائر المادية والبشرية وتطلب من سيادتكم التدخل الفوري والفعال لوقف هذه اﻷعمال الغاشمة والتي تشكل خرقا سافرا لميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة وأحكام القانــون الدولــي.

I should also like to inform you that Iraq holds the United States of America entirely and internationally responsible for the acts of aggression, intimidation and provocation which it carries out against Iraq, and for their consequences, regardless of the arguments used to justify them.
كما أود أن أشير إلى أن العراق يحمل الولايات المتحدة اﻷمريكية المسؤولية الدولية الكاملة عن هذه اﻷعمال العدوانية والتهديدات والاستفزازات التي ترتكبها ضد العراق وجميع النتائج المترتبة عليها بغض النظر عن الذرائع التي تدعيها.

As stated in my letter of 3 June 1997, the Turkish Government bears full international responsibility for the acts of aggression it commits inside Iraqi territory and for all their consequences, regardless of the alleged reasons it gives.

As it calls upon the Turkish Government to withdraw its invading forces forthwith from Iraqi territory and to desist from any repetition of these constant belligerent actions, Iraq holds Turkey fully responsible, in accordance with the principle of State responsibility, for the acts of aggression it commits inside Iraqi territory and for all their consequences, regardless of the alleged reasons it gives.
إن العراق إذ يطالب الحكومة التركية بسحب قواتها الغازية من داخل أراضيه فورا والكف عن تكرار هذه الممارسات العدائية المستمرة، يحمل تركيا المسؤولية الدولية الكاملة عن هذه اﻷعمال العدوانية داخل اﻷراضي العراقية وجميع النتائج المترتبة عليها، بغض النظر عن الذرائع التي تدعيها.

It holds the Government of Turkey wholly responsible for these acts of aggression inside Iraqi territory and all the consequences thereof, regardless of all the flimsy pretexts it has put forward.
إن حكومة جمهورية العراق تطالب الحكومة التركية بسحب قواتها الغازية من داخل أراضيه فورا والكف عن تكرار هذه الممارسات العدائية المستمرة وتحملها المسؤولية الدولية الكاملة عن هذه اﻷعمال العدوانية داخل اﻷراضي العراقية وجميع النتائج المترتبة عليها، بغض النظر عن الذرائع والحجج الواهية التي تدعيها.

The Government of Iraq calls upon the Government of Turkey to withdraw its invasion forces from Iraqi territory forthwith, and to refrain from any renewal of such repeated aggressive practices. It holds the Government of Turkey wholly responsible for these acts of aggression inside Iraqi territory and all the consequences thereof, regardless of all the flimsy pretexts it has put forward.
إن حكومة جمهورية العراق تطالب الحكومة التركية بسحب قواتها الغازية من داخل أراضيه فورا والكف عن تكرار هذه الممارسات العدائية المستمرة، وتحملها المسؤولية الدولية الكاملة عن هذه اﻷعمال العدوانية داخل اﻷراضي العراقية وجميع النتائج المترتبة عليها، بغض النظر عن الذرائع والحجج الواهية التي تدعيها.

Iraq, while calling on the Turkish Government to withdraw its aggressive forces immediately from Iraqi territory and to refrain in future from such continuing aggressive practices, assigns to Turkey full international responsibility for these acts of aggression perpetrated within Iraqi territory and for all the consequences that may result therefrom, and rejects all the pretexts put forward.
إن العراق إذ يطالب الحكومة التركية بسحب قواتها الغازية من داخل أراضيه فورا والكف عن تكرار هذه الممارسات العدائية المستمرة، يحمﱢلها المسؤولية الدولية الكاملة عن هذه اﻷعمال العدوانية داخل اﻷراضي العراقية وجميع النتائج المترتبة عليها، بغض النظر عن الذرائع التي تدعيها.
