Special courts, hotlines and complaints centres have been widely set up to facilitate women in filing complaints and brining lawsuits.

879. Further, in the light of the Committee’s recommendation contained in paragraph 21 of its 1993 concluding observations (CRC/C/15/Add.4) the Committee encourages the State party to promote child-friendly procedures for complaint, investigation and presentation of evidence for child victims of violence and abuse, and to reinforce the investigation of crimes committed, and the prosecution and appropriate punishment of perpetrators.
879- وفضلاً عن ذلك فإن اللجنة، في ضوء توصيتها الواردة في الفقرة 21 من ملاحظاتها الختامية لعام 1993 (CRC/C/15/Add.4)، تشجع الدولة الطرف على تعزيز اتخاذ إجراءات ملائمة للأطفال فيما يتعلق بتقديم الشكاوى والتحقيق وتقديم الأدلة فيما يتعلق بالأطفال ضحايا العنف والاستغلال، وتدعيم التحقيق في الجرائم المرتكبة ومقاضاة مرتكبيها وتوقيع عقوبة ملائمة عليهم.

People detained under the Law had the same rights as any other detainee with regard to filing complaints or appealing to the courts concerning the conditions of their imprisonment.

35- وأوصت اللجنة المعنية بالعمال المهاجرين الدولة الطرف بأن تكفل تمتع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم بنفس الحقوق التي يتمتع بها رعاياها فيما يتعلق بتقديم الشكاوى والحصول على الانتصاف(114).

52. CMW recommended that migrant workers and members of their families, including those in an irregular situation, should have the same opportunities as nationals to file complaints and to obtain redress.
52- وأوصت اللجنة المعنية بحماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين بأنه ينبغي أن يحظى العمال المهاجرون وأفراد أسرهم، بمن فيهم أولئك الذين هم في وضع غير قانوني، بالفرص نفسها المتاحة للمواطنين فيما يتعلق بتقديم الشكاوى والحصول على تعويض(103).

17. The Committee urges the State party to ensure that migrant workers and members of their families, including those in an irregular situation, enjoy the same rights as nationals of the State party, in law and in practice, to file complaints about violations of their human rights and have access to redress mechanisms before the courts.
17- تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على ضمان تمتع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم، بمن فيهم أولئك الذين هم في وضع غير نظامي، بنفس الحقوق التي يتمتع بها مواطنو الدولة الطرف، بموجب القانون وفي الممارسة العملية، فيما يتعلق بتقديم الشكاوى المتصلة بانتهاكات حقوق الإنسان، فضلاً عن ضمان إتاحة وصولهم إلى آليات الانتصاف أمام المحاكم.

(17) The Committee urges the State party to ensure that migrant workers and members of their families, including those in an irregular situation, enjoy the same rights as nationals of the State party, in law and in practice, to file complaints about violations of their human rights and have access to redress mechanisms before the courts.

(d) Ensure that, in law and in practice, migrant workers and members of their families in the State party, including those in an irregular situation, have equal opportunities as nationals to file complaints and obtain effective redress in the courts and that they have access to information about other available remedies.
