Adopts the 2004 - 2006 work plan of the Basel Convention Partnership Programme;
1 - يقر خطة العمل لبرنامج شراكة اتفاقية بازل 2004 - 2006؛

3. Encourages Parties and signatories to follow the lead of Australia, Japan and Switzerland in providing funding to the Basel Convention Partnership Programme and becoming actively involved in the programme;
3- يشجع الأطراف والجهات الموقعة على أن تحذو حذو أستراليا واليابان وسويسرا في توفير التمويل لبرنامج شراكة اتفاقية بازل وعلى المشاركة على نحو نشط في البرنامج؛

Requests the Secretariat to implement 2004 - 2006 work plan of the Basel Convention Partnership Programme in cooperation with all relevant and interested partners;
2 - يطلب من الأمانة أن تنفذ برنامج العمل لبرنامج شراكة اتفاقية بازل 2004 - 2006 بالتعاون مع جميع الشركاء المختصين والمعنيين؛

1. Encourages Parties and signatories to the Convention to provide funding to the Basel Convention Partnership Programme on e-waste and to become actively involved in partnerships and regional programmes of activities established under the Programme;
1 - يشجّع الأطراف والموقّعين على الاتفاقية على توفير التمويل لبرنامج شراكة اتفاقية بازل بشأن النفايات الإلكترونية وعلى أن تشارك بنشاط في الشراكات وبرامج الأنشطة الإقليمية المنفذة في إطار ذلك البرنامج؛

4. Encourages broader civil society, including environmental non-governmental organizations and the private sector, in particular industry, to provide technical and financial support for the Basel Convention Partnership Programme and to become involved in specific activities at the regional, national and international levels.
4 - يشجع المجتمع المدني الأكثر اتساعاً بما في ذلك المنظمات غير الحكومية البيئية والقطاع الخاص، ولا سيما قطاع الصناعة، على توفير الدعم التقني والمالي لبرنامج شراكة اتفاقية بازل والمشاركة في أنشطة محددة على المستويات الإقليمية والوطنية والدولية.

The Working Group will have before it a final work plan for the Basel Convention Partnership Programme, which it was mandated by Conference of the Parties at its sixth meeting to consider and eventually approve.

At its sixth meeting, the Conference of the Parties adopted decision VI/32 which, among other things, mandated the Open-ended Working Group to adopt a work programme for the Basel Convention Partnership Programme.
1 - اعتمد مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه السادس المقرر 6/32 الذي نص على أمور من بينها تفويض الفريق العامل مفتوح العضوية باعتماد برنامج عمل لبرنامج شراكة اتفاقية بازل.

Among other things, decision OEWG-II/9 encouraged Parties and signatories to follow the lead of Australia and Switzerland in providing additional financial support to the Basel Convention Partnership Programme. The Government of Japan has responded with a generous voluntary financial contribution to the programme.
23 - وشجع مقرر الفريق العامل مفتوح العضوية 2/9 جهات من بينها الأطراف والجهات الموقعة على أن تحذو حذو استراليا وسويسرا في توفير الدعم المالي الإضافي لبرنامج شراكة اتفاقية بازل واستجابت حكومة اليابان بتقديم مساهمة مالية طوعية سخية للبرنامج.
