We also reiterate our deep concern at the slow progress being made towards nuclear disarmament and the lack of progress on the part of nuclear-weapon States to fully eliminate their arsenals.
كما نؤكد مجددا قلقنا العميق حيال بطء التقدم المحرز على طريق نزع السلاح النووي وعدم إحراز تقدم من جانب الدول الحائزة للأسلحة النووية في الإزالة الكاملة لترساناتها.

In this context, we reiterate the call to the nuclear-weapon States to take concrete steps in order to move forward with the urgent reduction and total elimination of their arsenals.
وفي هذا السياق، نجدد دعوة جميع الدول الحائزة للأسلحة النووية إلى اتخاذ خطوات ملموسة بغية المضي قدما في التخفيض العاجل لترساناتها وإزالتها الكاملة.

However, Cuba shares the deep concern of others over the slow progress towards nuclear disarmament and the lack of progress among States possessing nuclear weapons on the total elimination of their arsenals.
بيد أن هناك توافق بشأن الشعور بالقلق العميق للتقدم البطيء نحو نزع السلاح النووي ولعدم إحراز تقدم فيما بين الدول المالكة للأسلحة النووية من أجل الإزالة التامة لترساناتها.

While most nuclear-weapon States are insisting on balanced reductions of their arsenals based on the principle of undiminished security, others are calling for complete nuclear disarmament to avoid new instabilities but at the same time refuse to discuss steps towards disarmament with verification.
وفي حين أن معظم الدول الحائزة للأسلحة النووية تصر على إجراء تخفيضات متوازنة لترساناتها تقوم على مبدأ الأمن غير المنقوص، تدعو دول أخرى إلى النزع الكامل للسلاح النووي من أجل تفادي ظهور حالات جديدة من عدم الاستقرار ولكنها ترفض في نفس الوقت مناقشة الخطوات التي تفضي إلى نزع السلاح مع التحقق منه.
