In conclusion, his delegation stressed that the Office of Conference Services in close cooperation with the Committee on Conferences should focus on providing high-quality conference services by taking advantage of new technologies, using the human and material resources currently available, and by establishing an efficient system of coordination and distributing the workload evenly among all the United Nations conference centres.
٣٧ - وختاما، يحرص وفد الاتحاد الروسي على اﻹشارة الى أنه ينبغي لمكتب شؤون المؤتمرات أن يعكف بوجه خاص وبالتعاون الوثيق مع لجنة المؤتمرات على ضمان خدمة المؤتمرات على أعلى مستوى من الكفاءة وذلك بالاستفادة من التكنولوجيات الجديدة بما لديه حاليا من موارد بشرية ومادية وبوضع نظام لتنسيق فعال وتوزيع متوازن لعبء العمل بين جميع مراكز المؤتمرات التابعة لﻷمم المتحدة.
