الاعتراف بأهمية لوائح الصحة الدولية المنقَّحة لمنظمة الصحة العالمية من أجل التصدي بفعالية لتحديات الأمن الصحي الحالية والناشئة.

...promoting the safe, secure and sustainable expansion of national disease surveillance capabilities, the sharing of pertinent outbreak information consistent with the revised International Health Regulations, and the preventions, containment and mitigation of the consequences of human and animal diseases for both human health and national security.
تشجيع زيادة القدرات الوطنية على مراقبة الأمراض بشكل مأمون وآمن ومستدام، وتقاسم المعلومات المناسبة المتعلقة بتفشي الأمراض بما يتسق مع لوائح الصحة الدولية المنقَّحة والوقاية من آثار الأمراض التي تطال الإنسان والحيوان والأمن القومي على السواء واحتواء هذه الآثار والتخفيف منها.

The implementation of the consistent policies, operating procedures and the operational and technical capacity required by the WHO International Health Regulations will help to ensure early warning and efficient international management of a biological incident, whether naturally occurring or deliberate in nature.
إن تنفيذ السياسات المتسقة، والإجراءات التشغيلية، والقدرات العملية والتقنية المنصوص عليها في لوائح الصحة الدولية لمنظمة الصحة العالمية سيفيد في ضمان الإنذار المبكر والإدارة الدولية الفعالة لحادثة بيولوجية ما سواء وقعت بصورة طبيعية أم بصورة متعمدة.

The Security Council recalls the International Health Regulations (2005), which aim to improve the capacity of all countries to detect, assess, notify and respond to all public health threats.
ويشير مجلس الأمن إلى لوائح الصحة الدولية (2005)، التي تهدف إلى تحسين قدرة جميع البلدان على كشف جميع تهديدات الصحة العامة وتقييمها والإبلاغ عنها والتصدي لها.

States Parties noted that pursuing biosafety and biosecurity measures could also contribute to the fulfilment of their other respective international obligations and agreements, such as the revised International Health Regulations of the WHO, and relevant codes of the World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE).
15- ولاحظت الدول الأطراف أن اتخاذ التدابير في مجال السلامة البيولوجية والأمن البيولوجي يمكن أن يسهم أيضاً في الوفاء بالالتزامات والاتفاقات الدولية لكل منها، مثل لوائح الصحة الدولية لمنظمة الصحة العالمية، والمدونات ذات الصلة الصادرة عن المنظمة العالمية لصحة الحيوان.

Calls for greater coordination and cooperation among Member States in the area of health through the enforcement of International Health Regulations, such as vaccination of pilgrims going to the Holy Land, improvement of health conditions in addition to cooperation on health sensitization before Pilgrims' departure through the media in their countries.
1 - يدعو إلى مزيد من التنسيق والتعاون بين الدول الأعضاء في مجال الصحة عن طريق تطبيق لوائح الصحة الدولية من تطعيم الحجاج القادمين للأراضي المقدسة وتحسين الظروف الصحية بالإضافة على التعاون في التوعية الصحية قبل مغادرة الحجاج من خلال الوسائل الإعلامية المتاحة في بلدانهم.

3. Finally, the International Health Regulations provide that disputes concerning the interpretation or application of those regulations should first be settled by negotiation between the relevant parties, and if such efforts fail the parties may refer the dispute to the Director-General of the World Health Organization.
وأخيرا، تنص لوائح الصحة الدولية على أن المنازعات المتعلقة بتفسير أو تطبيق اللوائح تسوى أولا بالتفاوض بين الأطراف المعنية، وإذا أخفقت تلك الجهود، جاز للأطراف إحالة النزاع إلى المدير العام لمنظمة الصحة العالمية().
