The Law against Acts of Terrorism reads as follows:

The inclusion of any such provision in the current review of the Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Acts Against the Safety of Maritime Navigation or any other international instrument would be a dangerous and underhanded attempt to undermine the nuclear-weapon States' disarmament obligations under the Treaty.
إن إدراج مثل هذه الأحكام في الاستعراض الجاري لاتفاقية مكافحة الأعمال غير القانونية ضد سلامة الملاحة البحرية أو أي صك دولي آخر، سيكون محاولة خطيرة وماكرة لتقويض التزامات الدول التي تحوز أسلحة نووية تجاه نزع السلاح في ظل المعاهدة.

Repeated condemnations had proved insufficient, and the international community must undertake specific measures to combat acts of terrorism. Such threats to international peace and security could not be justified under any circumstances.

Introduction Law against Acts of Terrorism
أساس قانون مكافحة الأعمال الإرهابية

This Law against Acts of terrorism is adopted at this time bearing in mind the circumstances prevailing on the world scene. It represents another significant legal step in the battle of ideas in which the Cuban people are involved.
وإن اعتماد قانون مكافحة الأعمال الإرهابية في هذا الوقت بالذات يستجيب أيضا للأوضاع الراهنة في العالم، ويمثل خطوة مهمة أخرى ذات طابع قانوني في معركة الأفكار التي غاص فيها الشعب الكوبي.

LAW against Acts OF TERRORISM
قانون مكافحة الأعمال الإرهابية

In accordance with the Law against Acts of Terrorism, the court may, pursuant to a final decision, order as an accessory penalty the confiscation of the defendant's assets, as provided for in article 44 of the Penal Code.
وطبقا لقانون مكافحة الأعمال الإرهابية، يمكن للمحكمة، عملا بقرار نهائي، وكعقوبة ثانوية، أن تصدر أمرا باحتجاز الأصول العائدة إلى المتهم، وفقا لما نصت عليه المادة 44 من قانون العقوبات.

Senegal reported that a working group under the instructions of the Head of State and presided over by the Minister of Justice had drafted and proposed an amended text of its Penal Code and Code of Penal Procedure to take into account the fight against Acts of terrorism.
22- وأفادت السنغال بأن فريقا عاملا برئاسة وزير العدل قام، في إطار تعليمات أصدرها رئيس الدولة، بصياغة واقتراح نص معدّل لقانون العقوبات وقانون الإجراءات الجنائية لمراعاة مكافحة الأعمال الإرهابية.

In the context of the combat against Acts of terrorism, they will take all appropriate measures in preventing their respective territories from being used for the preparation, organization or commission of terrorist activities, including those directed against other participating States and their citizens.
وفي سياق مكافحة الأعمال الإرهابية، ستتخذ الدول المشاركة جميع الإجراءات الملائمة لكي تمنع كل واحدة منها استخدام أراضيها للتحضير للأعمال الإرهابية أو تنظيمها أو ارتكابها، بما في ذلك تلك الأعمال الموجهة ضد الدول المشاركة الأخرى ومواطنيها.

The steps to be taken against the perpetrators of terrorist acts are laid down in current legislation on the subject, including the Penal Code, the Law against Acts of Terrorism and the Law on Penal Procedures, which specify, inter alia, the safeguards applying to the accused and their rights during criminal proceedings.
وترد الإجراءات المتخذة في هذا الصدد ضد مرتكبي الأنشطة الإرهابية في التشريعات السارية بشأن ذلك الموضوع، ومنها قانون العقوبات، وقانون مكافحة الأعمال الإرهابية، وقانون الإجراءات الجنائية، التي يُنص فيها، ضمن أمور أخرى، على ضمانات وحقوق للمتهمين خلال المحاكمة الجنائية.

This type of conduct is punishable not only for the act itself, but also for preparatory acts and attempts, as required by article 5 of the Law against Acts of Terrorism and articles 12 and 13 of the Penal Code.
