وإذ يضع في اعتباره المادة 27 من العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية وغيره من المعايير الدولية والتشريعات الوطنية القائمة ذات الصلة،

Recalling the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the Declaration on the Rights of Persons Belonging to National or Ethnic, Religious and Linguistic Minorities, and bearing in mind article 27 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and other relevant existing international standards and national legislation,
إذ يشير إلى العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية وإلى إعلان حقوق الأشخاص المنتمين إلى أقليات قومية أو إثنية وإلى أقليات دينية ولغوية، وإذ يضع في اعتباره المادة 27 من العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية وغيرها من المعايير الدولية والتشريعات الوطنية السارية ذات الصلة،

Recalling the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, the Convention on the Rights of the Child and the Declaration on the Rights of Persons Belonging to National or Ethnic, Religious and Linguistic Minorities, and bearing in mind article 27 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and other relevant existing international standards and national legislation,
إذ يشير إلى العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية، وإلى اتفاقية حقوق الطفل، وإلى إعلان حقوق الأشخاص المنتمين إلى أقليات قومية أو إثنية وإلى أقليات دينية ولغوية، وإذ يأخذ في اعتباره المادة 27 من العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية وغيره من المعايير الدولية والتشريعات الوطنية السارية ذات الصلة،

Recalling its resolution 47/135 of 18 December 1992, by which it adopted the Declaration on the Rights of Persons Belonging to National or Ethnic, Religious and Linguistic Minorities annexed to that resolution, and bearing in mind article 27 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights as well as other relevant existing international standards and national legislation,
إذ تشير إلى قرارها 47/135 المؤرخ 18 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1992 الذي اعتمدت بموجبه الإعلان المتعلق بحقوق الأشخـاص المنتميـن إلى أقليات قومية أو إثنية وإلى أقليات دينية ولغوية، المرفق بذلك القرار، وإذ تضع في اعتبارها المادة 27 من العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية() وغيره من المعايير الدولية والتشريعات الوطنية القائمة ذات الصلة بالموضوع،
