I have the honour to transmit herewith to the Conference on Disarmament, two letters addressed to me in my capacity as President of the Conference, from Ms. Angela Kane, High Representative for Disarmament Affairs, on behalf of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, transmitting the following reports for consideration by the Conference, in accordance with General Assembly resolutions 68/46 and 68/50:
