وبموجب المادة 6 من القانون الجنائي، لا يتحمل مواطنو جمهورية قيرغيزستان والأشخاص عديمو الجنسية المقيمين بصفة دائمة في قيرغيزستان التبعة الجنائية عن الجرائم التي ارتكبوها في الخارج إلا إذا أدينوا بارتكابها في دولة أجنبية وكان الفعل المرتكب مجرَّما في كل من قيرغيزستان والدولة التي ارتكب في إقليمها.

The Par. 2 of the Art. 18/5 of the Code on Criminal Proceedings stipulates that foreign citizens and stateless persons could be extradite only under a convention or in conditions of reciprocity on the ground of court decision, which is also conditioned in the Art. 17, Par. 4 of Moldovan Constitution.
وتنص الفقرة 2 من المادة 185 من قانون الدعاوى الجنائية على أنه لا يُسلم المواطنون الأجانب والأشخاص عديمو الجنسية إلا بموجب اتفاقية أو بموجب شروط المعاملة بالمثل استنادا إلى قرار صادر عن المحكمة، وهو أمر اشتُرط عليه أيضا في الفقرة 4 من المادة 17 من الدستور المولدوفي.

Under the Law " On Social Assistance " the right to receive social assistance services is enjoyed by citizens of Latvia, non-citizens, foreigners and stateless persons who have been granted a personal identity code, except persons who have been issued temporary residence permits.

In compliance with the Law " On Social Assistance " the right to receive social assistance is enjoyed by citizens of Latvia, non-citizens, foreigners and stateless persons who have been granted a personal identity code, except persons who have received temporary residence permits, without any gender distinction.
