Reaffirming that full respect for sovereignty and territorial integrity and the international law of the sea should govern cooperation in the fight against illicit drug traffic by sea,
وإذ تعيد التأكيد على أن الاحترام التام للسيادة والحرمة الاقليمية والقانون الدولي للبحار ينبغي أن يحكم التعاون على مكافحة الاتجار غير المشروع عن طريق البحر،

1. States Parties shall adopt every legislative and administrative measure needed in order to comply with the obligations deriving from this Protocol, having respect for the principles of sovereignty, territorial integrity and non-interference in internal affairs.
١- يتعين على الدول اﻷطراف أن تعتمد كل ما يلزم من تدابير تشريعية وادارية بغية الامتثال للالتزامات المنبثقة من هذا البروتوكول، مع احترام مبادىء السيادة والحرمة الاقليمية وعدم التدخل في الشؤون الداخلية.

1. States Parties shall fulfil their obligations under this Protocol in a manner consistent with the principles of sovereign equality and territorial integrity of States and that of non-intervention in the domestic affairs of other States.
١- يتعين على الدول اﻷطراف أن تفي بالتزاماتها بموجب هذا البروتوكول بطريقة تتماشى مع مبدأي المساواة السيادية والحرمة الاقليمية للدول، ومبدأ عدم التدخل في الشؤون الداخلية للدول اﻷخرى.

6. States Parties shall carry out their obligations under this Convention in a manner consistent with the principles of sovereign equality and territorial integrity of States and that of non-intervention in the domestic affairs of other States.
٦ - على الدول اﻷطراف أن تنفذ التزاماتها بمقتضى هذه الاتفاقية على نحو يتفق مع مبدأي المساواة في السيادة والحرمة الاقليمية للدول ، ومع مبدأ عدم التدخل في الشؤون الداخلية للدول اﻷخرى .

3. States Parties shall carry out their obligations under this Convention in a manner consistent with the principles of sovereign equality and territorial integrity of States and that of non-intervention in the domestic affairs of other States.
٣ - على الدول اﻷطراف أن تنفذ التزاماتها بمقتضى هذه الاتفاقية على نحو يتفق مع مبدأي المساواة في السيادة والحرمة الاقليمية للدول ، ومع مبدأ عدم التدخل في الشؤون الداخلية للدول اﻷخرى .

1- يتعين على الدول الأطراف أن تؤدي التزاماتها بمقتضى هذه الاتفاقية على نحو يتفق مع مبدأي المساواة في السيادة والحرمة الاقليمية للدول، ومع مبدأ عدم التدخل في الشؤون الداخلية للدول الأخرى.

١ - على الدول اﻷطراف أن تعتمد كل ما يلزم من تدابير تشريعية وادارية بغية الامتثال للالتزامات المنبثقة من هذا البروتوكول ، مع احترام مبادىء السيادة والحرمة الاقليمية وعدم التدخل في الشؤون الداخلية .

It was also pointed out that article 2, paragraph 3, of the present draft emphasized the principles of sovereign equality, territorial integrity and non-intervention in the domestic affairs of other States and that those principles applied also to any exercise of jurisdiction.
وأشير كذلك الى أن الفقرة ٣ من المادة من هذا المشروع تؤكد على مبادىء المساواة في السيادة والحرمة الاقليمية وعدم التدخل في الشؤون الداخلية للدول اﻷخرى ، وعلى أن هذه المبادىء تنطبق أيضا على أي ممارسة للولاية القضائية .
