(c) To facilitate assistance to the Parties, particularly developing country Parties, on request, in the compilation and communication of information required in accordance with the provisions of the Convention;
)ج( تيسير تقديم المساعدة الى اﻷطراف ، ولا سيما اﻷطراف التي هي من البلدان النامية ، بناء على طلبها ، في مجال تجميع وتبليغ المعلومات اللازمة وفقا ﻷحكام الاتفاقية ؛

Regular support will also be provided to all personnel in terms of the information technology infrastructure, and continuous communications linkages will be prioritized owing to the electoral environment, with an increased need to ensure that all United Nations personnel are secure and to communicate information about the environment in the various counties.
كما سيوفَّر الدعم المنتظم لجميع الموظفين في مجال الهياكل الأساسية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات، وستُمنح الأولوية لروابط الاتصالات المستمرة نظرا للبيئة الانتخابية، مع تزايد الحاجة لكفالة أمن جميع موظفي الأمم المتحدة، وتبليغ المعلومات المتعلقة بهذه البيئة في مختلف المقاطعات.

(c) To facilitate the provision of assistance, upon request, to the Parties, in particular Parties that are developing countries, in the compilation and communication of information required in accordance with the provisions of the Convention;

(c) To facilitate the provision of assistance, upon request, to the Parties, in particular Parties that are developing countries, in the compilation and communication of information required in accordance with the provisions of the Convention;
)ج( تيسير تقديم المساعدة الى اﻷطراف ، عند الطلب ، ولا سيما اﻷطراف التي هي بلدان نامية ، في مجال تجميع وتبليغ المعلومات اللازمة وفقا ﻷحكام الاتفاقية ؛

(a) The COP is invited to ensure that sufficient technical and financial support is provided to the affected developing countries for the compilation and communication of information required under the Convention, in accordance with Article 26, paragraph 7.
(أ) يرجى من مؤتمر الأطراف أن يضمن توفير الدعم التقني والمالي الكافي للبلدان النامية المتأثرة لتجميع وتبليغ المعلومات المطلوبة بموجب الاتفاقية، وفقاً للفقرة 7 من المادة 26.

While engaging in the monitoring and communication of information on the implementation of the Convention, Parties, are encouraged to make full use of the expertise of competent intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations as well as existing capacity-building initiatives in the preparation of reports and the dissemination of relevant information.
2- وتُشجَّع الأطراف، عند مشاركتها في الرصد وتبليغ المعلومات عن تنفيذ الاتفاقية، على الاستفادة استفادة كاملة من خبرة المنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية المختصة فضلاً عن المبادرات القائمة الرامية إلى بناء القدرات في مجال إعداد التقارير ونشر المعلومات ذات الصلة.

60. For each COP, the secretariat prepares a document reviewing progress made by affected country Parties in implementation of the Convention, in which the secretariat elaborates on the execution of its function, with particular emphasis on its assistance to affected developing country Parties, particularly those in Africa, in the compilation and communication of information required under the Convention.
60- وتعد الأمانة لكل مؤتمر من مؤتمرات الأطراف وثيقة تستعرض التقدم الذي أحرزته البلدان الأطراف المتأثرة في تنفيذ الاتفاقية، تتطرق فيه الأمانة إلى تنفيذ مهامها، مع التركيز على نحو خاص على مساعدتها للبلدان الأطراف النامية المتأثرة، وبخاصة من هي منها في أفريقيا، في تجميع وتبليغ المعلومات المطلوبة بموجب الاتفاقية().
