Recognizing the work carried out by the Chair and the Advisory Board of the Sixth International Conference, particularly the efforts of the Chair to achieve systematic implementation of Conference recommendations in accordance with the Doha Declaration adopted at the Sixth International Conference,

(b) To make recommendations to the General Assembly, in accordance with the Doha Declaration of 2 December 2008 (General Assembly resolution 63/239, annex), for a strengthened and more effective and inclusive intergovernmental process to carry out the financing for development follow-up;
(ب) تقديم توصيات إلى الجمعية العامة، وفقا لإعلان الدوحة المؤرخ 2 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2008 (قرار الجمعية العامة 63/239، المرفق)، بشأن الاضطلاع بعملية حكومية دولية معززة تتسم بمزيد من الفعالية ويشارك فيها جميع الأطراف، بهدف متابعة التمويل الموجه إلى التنمية؛

(b) To make recommendations to the General Assembly, in accordance with the Doha Declaration of 2 December 2008, for a strengthened and more effective and inclusive intergovernmental process to carry out the financing for development follow-up;

91. in accordance with the Doha Declaration as well as with relevant decisions taken at Doha, we are determined to take concrete action to address issues and concerns raised by developing countries regarding the implementation of some WTO agreements and decisions, including the difficulties and resource constraints faced by them in fulfilling those agreements.
91 - وقد عقدنا العزم، وفقا لإعلان الدوحة والقرارات ذات الصلة المتخذة في مؤتمر الدوحة، على اتخاذ إجراءات عملية لمعالجة المسائل والشواغل التي أثارتها البلدان النامية بخصوص تنفيذ بعض الاتفاقات المبرمة والقرارات المتخذة في إطار منظمة التجارة العالمية، بما في ذلك المصاعب ومحدودية الموارد التي تواجهها تلك البلدان في الوفاء بهـذه الاتفاقات.

71. Urges States to eliminate subsidies that contribute to illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing and to fishing overcapacity, while completing the efforts undertaken at the World Trade Organization in accordance with the Doha Declaration to clarify and improve its disciplines on fisheries subsidies, taking into account the importance of this sector, including small-scale and artisanal fisheries and aquaculture, to developing countries;
71 - تحث الدول على إلغاء الإعانات التي تساهم في صيد الأسماك غير المشروع وغير المبلغ عنه وغير المنظم وفي الإفراط في الصيد، إلى جانب إكمال الجهود التي تبذلها منظمة التجارة العالمية وفقا لإعلان الدوحة() لإيضاح وتحسين نظمها المتعلقة بالإعانات المقدمة إلى مصائد الأسماك، مع مراعاة أهمية هذا القطاع للبلدان النامية، بما يشمله من صيد للأسماك على نطاق محدود وبالوسائل التقليدية وتربية الأحياء المائية؛
