IS2.7 Under the terms of rule 160 of the rules of procedure of the General Assembly and regulation 5.9 of the Financial Regulations of the United Nations, States that are not members of the United Nations but participate in certain of its activities contribute towards the expenses of such activities at rates to be determined by the General Assembly.
ب إ ٢-٧ بموجب أحكام المادة ٠٦١ من النظام الداخلي للجمعية العامة والبند ٥-٩ من النظام المالي لﻷمم المتحدة يتعين على الدول غير اﻷعضاء في اﻷمم المتحدة التي تشترك في بعض أنشطتها أن تسهم في المصروفات المتعلقة بتلك اﻷنشطة وفقا لمعدلات تحددها الجمعية العامة.

Staff Rule 107.15 stipulates that a staff member authorized to travel at United Nations expense shall receive an appropriate DSA in accordance with a schedule of rates established from time to time: reductions are made in cases where lodging or meals are provided free of charge by the United Nations, by a Government or by a related institution.
وتنص القاعدة ١٠٧ - ١٥ من النظام اﻹداري على أن يحصل الموظف المأذون له بالسفر على نفقة اﻷمم المتحدة على بدل إقامة يومي مناسب وفقا لمعدلات تحدد من وقت ﻵخر، وتخفض هذه المعدلات في الحالات التي يقدم فيها السكن أو الطعام مجانا من قبل اﻷمم المتحدة أو حكومة ما أو مؤسسة متصلة بها.
