91- ولعلَّ اللجنة تودُّ أن تدعو الدول الأعضاء إلى الاستفادة من المساعدة التقنية التي يقدِّمها المكتب في مجال بناء القدرات من أجل بناء قدرات المسؤولين في مجال العدالة الجنائية على توخِّي الفعالية في التحقيق في قضايا الإرهاب وملاحقة مرتكبيه ومحاكمتهم.

the Commission may wish to encourage Member States to increase international and regional cooperation in criminal matters related to terrorism by developing formal and informal mechanisms to assist with requests for mutual legal assistance and extradition.
92- ولعلَّ اللجنة تودُّ أن تشجّع الدول الأعضاء على تكثيف التعاون الدولي والإقليمي في المسائل الجنائية ذات الصلة بالإرهاب من خلال استحداث آليات رسمية وغير رسمية للمساعدة فيما يتعلق بطلبات تلقّي المساعدة القانونية المتبادلة وتسليم المطلوبين.

the Commission may wish to provide further guidance with regard to the technical assistance work of UNODC on the criminal justice aspects of countering terrorism, in terms of both content and delivery mechanisms, with a view to better tailoring the assistance to the evolving needs of Member States.
93- ولعلَّ اللجنة تودُّ أن تقدِّم المزيد من الإرشادات فيما يتعلق بأنشطة المساعدة التقنية التي يضطلع بها المكتب بخصوص الجوانب المتصلة بالعدالة الجنائية في مكافحة الإرهاب، سواء من حيث مضمون المساعدة أو من حيث آليات تقديمها، بغية تصميمها تصميما أفضل يلبِّي الاحتياجات المتغيّرة للدول الأعضاء.

the Commission may wish to assess the extent of future legislative development (that is, whether all subject-areas should be subject to further legislative development), the recommendations for allocation of conference time and that work can be undertaken using informal working methods together.
