The Committee established a Working Group on Administration of Justice at the United Nations, in order to fulfill the mandate conferred by the General Assembly on the Committee, namely the consideration of the legal aspects of the reports to be submitted in connection with the item.

لكنه من دواعي أسفنا البالغ أن هذا البند قد اكتسى صبغة سياسيــة؛ ويــرى وفــدي أن ذلك لا يسهم في تحقيق الهدف الذي كان ينبغي أن تسعى إليه الجمعية العامة فيما يتعلق بهذا البند.
