٥- كذلك قررت الجمعية العامة أن تحجز اليومين اﻷول والثاني من الجلسات العامة في المؤتمر العاشر أساسا للبيانات التي يلقيها ممثلو الدول على المستوى السياسي الرفيع حول المواضيع الرئيسية للمؤتمر، وطلبت إلى اﻷمين العام أن يعد عرضا عاماً لحالة الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية على نطاق العالم لعرضه لدى افتتاح المؤتمر.

66. Participants emphasized the relevance of many aspects of the four workshops to be held at the Tenth Congress to the concerns of developing countries relating to crime prevention and criminal justice.
٦٦ - أكد المشاركون الصلة الوثيقة بين جوانب كثيرة من حلقات العمل اﻷربع ، المزمع عقدها ابان المؤتمر العاشر ، وشواغل البلدان النامية فيما يتعلق بمنع الجريمة وتحقيق العدالة الجنائية .
