7-6 وتحيط اللجنة علماً كذلك بما عانته صاحبة البلاغ من قلق وشدة جراء اختفاء زوجها عبد الكريم وابنها عبد الصمد عزيزي.

Although the author repeatedly contacted the competent authorities about the disappearance of her husband and her son, the State party failed to conduct a thorough or in-depth investigation into the disappearance of Abdelkrim and Abdessamad Azizi, despite the fact that serious allegations of enforced disappearance were involved.
والحال أن صاحبة البلاغ أخطرت السلطات المختصة عدة مرات باختفاء زوجها وابنها إلا أن الدولة الطرف لم تجر أي تحقيق شامل ودقيق في اختفاء عبد الكريم وعبد الصمد عزيزي رغم أن الأمر يتعلق بادعاءات خطيرة متصلة باختفاء قسري.
