All acts taken by a competent governmental authority of any of the Constituent Republics shall be accepted as valid by the other Constituent Republics.
تكون كل اﻹجراءات التي تتخذها سلطة حكومية مختصة في أي من الجمهوريات المؤسسة مقبولة لدى الجمهوريتين المؤسستين اﻷخريين باعتبارها إجراءات سليمة من الناحية القانونية.

Such a decision may be appealed to the Security Council by any of the Constituent Republics, and the Council's decision shall be final.
ويجوز ﻷي من الجمهوريات المؤسﱢسة أن تطعن في مثل هذا القرار أمام مجلس اﻷمن، ويكون قرار المجلس نهائيا.

(a) This Constitutional Agreement may be amended by decision of the Union Parliament, when such amendment has been approved by each of the Constituent Republics according to its constitutional processes.

(a) The Parliament of the Union of Republics of Bosnia and Herzegovina shall be composed of 120 representatives, one third each to be elected by the respective legislatures of the Constituent Republics.

(a) Each Ombudsman shall present an annual report to the Presidency of the Union of Republics of Bosnia and Herzegovina, to the Presidents of each of the Constituent Republics and to the Co-Chairmen of the Steering Committee of the International Conference on the Former Yugoslavia.
