6. Calls upon States to continuously raise awareness at the national, regional and local levels of birth registration, including by engagement in collaboration with all relevant actors in public campaigns that raise awareness of the importance of birth registration for effective access to services and the enjoyment of human rights;
6- يهيب بالدول التوعية المستمرة بتسجيل الولادات على الصُّعُد الوطني والإقليمي والمحلي، بأساليب منها تنظيم حملات عامة بالتعاون مع جميع الجهات الفاعلة ذات الصلة للتوعية بأهمية تسجيل الولادات للاستفادة بصورة فعالة من الخدمات والتمتع بحقوق الإنسان؛

(a) Promote awareness and appreciation of the importance of birth registration among parents and administrative authorities through regular mass campaigns providing information on the procedure for birth registration, and on the rights and entitlements derived from the registration;
