With regard to these Tutsi mass graves, the Government of the Republic of Zaire draws the attention of the international community in general, and the Security Council in particular, to the fact that Ugandan and Rwandan troops are engaging in a systematic massacre of Hutu refugees in Zairian territory.
وفيما يتعلق بهذه المقابر الجماعية التي أقامها التوتسي، توجه حكومة جمهورية زائير نظر المجتمع الدولي بصفة عامة، ومجلس اﻷمن بصفة خاصة، الى حقيقة ان القوات الاوغندية والرواندية ترتكبان مذبحة للاجئين الهوتو على أراضي زائير بصفة منتظمة.
