(e) the littoral States should continue their efforts towards enhancing maritime security in the Straits and that such efforts should be supported and encouraged;
(هـ) مواصلة الدول المشاطئة بذل جهودها من أجل تعزيز الأمن البحري في المضيقين وينبغي دعم هذه الجهود وتشجيعها؛

HAS INVITED the IMO to participate in the Co-operative Mechanism, to continue to cooperate with the littoral States and to provide every assistance possible in attracting sponsors for the projects presented during the Kuala Lumpur Meeting and contributors for the establishment, maintenance, repair and replacement of the aids to navigation in the Straits;

4. The two sides were of the view that a condominium arrangement for the common use of the Caspian Sea by the littoral States through assuming a sectoral coastal strip as the national zone is the most appropriate basis for the legal regime.
٤ - يرى الجانبان أن قيام الدول المشاطئة بإبرام اتفاق للملكية المشتركة من أجل الاستعمال المشترك لبحر قزوين من خلال اتخاذ قطاع ساحلي بوصفه المنطقة الوطنية هو أفضل اﻷسس للنظام القانوني.

7. The two sides believed that the Caspian Sea should be a sea of peace and friendship and an arena for beneficial cooperation on the basis of mutual respect among the littoral States.
٧ - يعتقد الجانبان أن بحر قزوين ينبغي أن يكون بحر سلام وصداقة ومجالا للتعاون المفيد القائم على الاحترام المتبادل فيما بين الدول المشاطئة.

Singapore is pleased to note the fruitful cooperation among the littoral States of the Straits of Malacca and Singapore as well as between the littoral States, user States and other key stakeholders in ensuring the safety of navigation and environmental protection of critical international waterways in our region.

The meeting invited IMO to consider, in consultation with the littoral States, convening a series of follow-up meetings.
