واقتناعا منها بأن استمرار التعاون بين منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة وجامعة الدول العربية وزيادة تعزيزه يسهمان في دعم مقاصد اﻷمم المتحدة ومبادئها،

Recalling further the Articles of the Charter of the United Nations that encourage activities through regional cooperation for the promotion of the purposes and principles of the United Nations,
وإذ تشير كذلك إلى مواد ميثاق الأمم المتحدة التي تشجع الاضطلاع في إطار التعاون الإقليمي بأنشطة للنهوض بمقاصد الأمم المتحدة ومبادئها،
