43. Article 53 of Act 2003-044 of 28 July 2004 establishing the Labour Code stipulates that " At the same level of professional qualification, for the same employment and for work of equal value, remuneration shall be the same for all workers of whatever origin, colour, national ancestry, sex, age, union membership, opinion or status. "

"

14. In the private sector, article 53 of the Labour Code ensures equal pay for work of equal value. This article stipulates that " Given equivalent professional qualifications, the same job and work of equal value, wages shall be equal for all workers regardless of origin, colour, ethnicity, sex, age, trade-union membership, opinions or status, subject to the conditions set out herein. "
14- وبالنسبة للقطاع الخاص، تكفل المادة 53 من قانون العمل المساواة في الأجر عن العمل المتساوي القيمة وتنص هذه المادة على ما يلي: " عند تساوي المؤهلات الوظيفية، وممارسة نفس العمل، والقيام بعمل متساو في القيمة، يراعى أن الأجر واحد بالنسبة لكافة العاملين، مهما كان منشؤهم أو لون جلدهم أو انتماؤهم الوطني أو نوع جنسهم أوسنهم أو تبعيتهم النقابية أو آراؤهم أو مركزهم في ظل الظروف الواردة في هذا الفصل " .

36. In the light of its recommendation of 1998 (CRC/C/15/Add.96, para. 20) and those of other treaty bodies, the Committee urges the State party to abide by its obligation to ensure that all children within the State party's jurisdiction have the right to be registered at birth and acquire a nationality, irrespective of the child's or his or her parents' or legal guardians' sex, race, religion or ethnicity, social origin or status.
36- في ضوء توصية اللجنة لعام 1998 (الفقرة 20 من الوثيقة CRC/C/15/Add.96) وتوصيات هيئات المعاهدات الأخرى، تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على التقيد بالتزامها بضمان تمتع جميع الأطفال الخاضعين للولاية القضائية للدولة الطرف بالحق في أن يسجلوا عند الولادة ويحصلوا على جنسية بصرف النظر عن جنس أو عرق أو دين الطفل أو والديه أو الوصي القانوني عليه، أو أصلهم الإثني أو مركزهم الاجتماعي.

Convention No. 100: In its direct request of 2003, the Committee noted the Government's confirmation that section 104 of the Labour Code (Act No. 11/92), which provides that " where there are equal working conditions, professional qualifications and output, the salary shall be equal for all workers no matter what their origin, sex, age or status " , is still in force.
