81. Since the ratification of The Hague Convention on the Protection of Children and Cooperation in Respect of Inter Country Adoption in 2008, work has been carried out to domesticate its provisions.
81- ومنذ التصديق على اتفاقية لاهاي المتعلقة بحماية الأطفال والتعاون في مجال التبني على الصعيد الدولي في عام 2008، تم بذل جهود من أجل إدراج أحكامها في قوانين البلد.

In this connection, the Committee encourages Spain to consider ratifying the Hague Convention on Protection of Children and Cooperation in respect of Intercountry Adoption.
وفي هذا الصدد، تشجع اللجنة اسبانيا على النظر في التصديق على اتفاقية لاهاي المتعلقة بحماية اﻷطفال والتعاون فيما يتعلق بتبني اﻷطفال فيما بين البلدان.

It had also ratified ILO Convention No. 182 concerning the Prohibition and Immediate Action for the Elimination of the Worst Forms of Child Labour and The Hague Convention on Protection of Children and Cooperation in respect of Inter-Country Adoption.
وقد صدَّقت الصين أيضاً على الاتفاقية رقم 182 لمنظمة العمل الدولية المتعلقة بحظر أسوأ أشكال عمل الأطفال واتخاذ إجراءات فورية للقضاء عليها. وعلى اتفاقية لاهاي المتعلقة بحماية الطفل والتعاون فيما يتصل بالتبني فيما بين البلدان.

In this connection, the Committee wishes to encourage the Government of Paraguay to consider ratifying the Hague Convention on Protection of Children and Cooperation in respect of Intercountry Adoption of 1993 and concluding bilateral agreements with the countries of prospective adoptive parents.
وفي هذا الصدد، تعرب اللجنة عن رغبتها في تشجيع حكومة باراغواي على النظر في التصديق على اتفاقية لاهاي المتعلقة بحماية الطفل والتعاون فيما يتعلق بالتبني فيما بين البلدان لعام ٣٩٩١، وابرام اتفاقات ثنائية مع البلدان التي يحتمل أن يكون فيها والدون قد يرغبون في التبني.

57. In its resolutions 1996/12 and 1997/22, the Sub-Commission urged States to take adequate steps to regulate and monitor intercountry adoptions better, in particular by ratifying the Hague Convention on Protection of Children and Cooperation in Respect of Intercountry Adoption.
57- وقامت اللجنة الفرعية، في قراريها 1996/12 و1997/22، بحث الدول على اتخاذ خطوات ملائمة في سبيل تحسين تنظيم ورصد عمليات تبني الأطفال على المستوى الدولي، وذلك بصورة خاصة عن طريق التصديق على اتفاقية لاهاي المتعلقة بحماية الأطفال والتعاون في مجال التبني على المستوى الدولي.

54. In its resolutions 1996/12 and 1997/22, the Sub-Commission urged States to take adequate steps to regulate and monitor intercountry adoptions better, in particular by ratifying the Hague Convention on Protection of Children and Cooperation in Respect of Intercountry Adoption.
٤٥- وقامت اللجنة الفرعية، في قراريها ٦٩٩١/٢١ و٧٩٩١/٢٢، بحث الدول على اتخاذ خطوات ملائمة في سبيل تحسين تنظيم ورصد عمليات تبني اﻷطفال عبر البلدان، وذلك بصورة خاصة عن طريق التصديق على اتفاقية لاهاي المتعلقة بحماية اﻷطفال والتعاون في مجال التبني بين البلدان.

36. Urges States to take adequate steps to regulate and monitor intercountry adoptions better, including by ratifying the Hague Convention on Protection of Children and Cooperation in Respect of Intercountry Adoption;
٦٣- تحث الدول على اتخاذ اﻹجراءات الملائمة في سبيل تنظيم عمليات تَبَنّي اﻷطفال التي تتم من بلد إلى بلد آخر، ورصد هذه العمليات بشكل أفضل، وذلك عن طريق أمور منها التصديق على اتفاقية لاهاي المتعلقة بحماية اﻷطفال والتعاون في مجال التبني بين البلدان؛

As regards intercountry adoption, it recommends that the State party ratify the Hague Convention on Protection of Children and Co-operation in Respect of Intercountry Adoption (1993).
أما فيما يتعلق بالتبني على الصعيد الدولي، فإنها توصي الدولة الطرف بالتصديق على اتفاقية لاهاي المتعلقة بحماية الأطفال والتعاون في مجال التبني فيما بين البلدان (1993).

241. The Committee recommends that the State party take the necessary legislative, administrative and other measures to ensure that adoption procedures are in full conformity with article 21 of the Convention as well as to consider becoming a party to the Hague Convention on Protection of Children and Cooperation in Respect of Intercountry Adoption.
241- وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تتخذ التدابير التشريعية والإدارية وغيرها من التدابير اللازمة كيما تكون إجراءات التبني متوافقة توافقاً تاماً مع أحكام المادة 21 من الاتفاقية، وأن تنظر في الانضمام إلى اتفاقية لاهاي المتعلقة بحماية الأطفال والتعاون في مجال التبني فيما بين البلدان.

(a) Ratify the Hague Convention on Protection of Children and Cooperation in Respect of Intercountry Adoption, in order to inter alia, prevent trafficking and smuggling of children;
(أ) أن تصدق على اتفاقية لاهاي المتعلقة بحماية الأطفال والتعاون في مجال التبني فيما بين البلدان بغية تحقيق عدة أمور منها منع الاتجار في الأطفال وتهريبهم؛

It also encourages the State party to ensure that adoption is carried out in conformity with article 21 of the Convention and to ratify the Hague Convention on the Protection of Children and Cooperation in Respect of Intercountry Adoption of 1993.
وتشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف أيضاً على كفالة سير عمليات التبني وفقاً للمادة 21 من الاتفاقية وعلى التصديق على اتفاقية لاهاي المتعلقة بحماية الأطفال والتعاون في مجال التبني على الصعيد الدولي لعام 1993.

Additionally, the Committee encourages the State party to consider the possibility of acceding to the Hague Convention on the Protection of Children and Cooperation in Respect of Intercountry Adoption of 1993.
وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، تشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف على النظر في إمكانية الانضمام إلى اتفاقية لاهاي المتعلقة بحماية الأطفال والتعاون في مجال التبني على الصعيد الدولي لعام 1993.

Additionally, the Committee encourages the State party to accede to the 1993 Hague Convention on the Protection of Children and Cooperation in Respect of Intercountry Adoption.
وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، تشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف على الانضمام إلى اتفاقية لاهاي المتعلقة بحماية الأطفال والتعاون في مجال التبني على الصعيد المشترك بين البلدان، لعام 1993.

(30) In regard to adoptions, the General Assembly should encourage States' ratification of and accession to the Hague Convention on the Protection of Children and Cooperation in respect of Intercountry Adoption.
٠٣ - وفيما يتعلق بالتبني، ينبغي أن تشجع الجمعية العامة تصديق الدول على اتفاقية لاهاي المتعلقة بحماية اﻷطفال والتعاون بشأن تبني اﻷطفال اﻷجانب، أو انضمامها إلى تلك الاتفاقية.
