6 - وكذلك يدعو الدول التي لم تقم بإبرام اتفاقات لإنفاذ الأحكام الصادرة بحق الأشخاص الذين تدينهم المحكمة الدولية أو لم تقبل بأية صورة أخرى قضاء المدانين الأحكام الصادرة بحقهم في إقليم كل منها والقادرة على ذلك، أن تنظر في إبرام مثل هذه الاتفاقات أو قبول هؤلاء الأشخاص؛

Commends States that have concluded agreements for the enforcement of sentences of persons convicted by the International Tribunal or have otherwise accepted such convicted persons to serve their sentences in their territories, and calls upon States to renew their commitment to the enforcement of sentences and to look positively on requests from the International Tribunal in this regard;
