The Commission noted that the coordination activity of the Secretariat concerned topics discussed in all the current UNCITRAL working groups and that the Secretariat participated in expert groups, working groups and plenary meetings with the purpose of sharing information and expertise and avoiding duplication of work and of the resultant products.
246- ولاحظت اللجنة ما قامت به الأمانة من أنشطة تنسيقية تتعلق بالمواضيع التي نوقشت في جميع أفرقة الأونسيترال العاملة الحالية، وأنَّ الأمانة شاركت في أفرقة خبراء وأفرقة عاملة وجلسات عامة بهدف التشارك في المعلومات والخبرات الفنية وتفادي ازدواجية العمل وازدواجية ما يتمخّض عنه من نواتج.
