18. Requests the Secretary-General to take all necessary action to ensure that all United Nations activities related to the Operation are administered under the authority of his Special Representative in a coordinated fashion with a maximum of efficiency and economy and in accordance with the relevant mandate, and to include information on the arrangements made in this regard in his report on the financing of the Operation;
١٨ - تطلب الى اﻷمين العام أن يتخذ جميع الاجراءات الضرورية ليضمن أن تدار، تحت سلطة ممثله الخاص، جميع أنشطة اﻷمم المتحدة المتصلة بالعملية بطريقة منسقة وبأقصى قدر من الكفاءة والاقتصاد ووفقا للولاية ذات الصلة، وأن يدرج في تقريره عن تمويل العملية معلومات عن الترتيبات المتخذة في هذا الصدد؛

This measure was reinforced in February 2008 by a command and control policy clarifying command and control arrangements in the field for uniformed as well as relevant civilian structures and their relationships to each other.

In general, arrangements in the field of religious education that are in compliance with article 18 are likely to be in conformity with article 26 as well, because nondiscrimination is a fundamental component in the test under article 18 (4).

٢٣ - تطلب الى اﻷمين العام أن يتخذ جميع الاجراءات اللازمة ليضمن أن تدار قوة اﻷمم المتحدة لمراقبة فض الاشتباك بأقصى قدر من الكفاءة والاقتصاد، ووفقا للولاية ذات الصلة، وأن يُضمﱢن تقريره المتعلق بتمويل القوة معلومات بشأن الترتيبات المتخذة في هذا الصدد ؛

21. ٢١ - تطلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن يتخذ جميع التدابير اللازمة لضمان أن تدار جميع أنشطة اﻷمم المتحدة المتعلقة بالقوة بأقصى قدر من الكفاءة والاقتصاد ووفقا للولاية ذات الصلة، وأن يضمن تقريره بشأن تمويل القوة معلومات عن الترتيبات المتخذة في هذا الصدد؛

٢٣ - تطلب الى اﻷمين العام أن يتخذ جميع الاجراءات اللازمة ليضمن أن تدار تحت سلطة ممثله الخاص على نحو منسق وبأقصى قدر من الكفاءة والاقتصاد ووفقا للولاية ذات الصلة جميع أنشطة اﻷمم المتحدة المتصلة بالعملية الثانية في الصومال وأن يدرج في تقريره عن تمويل العملية معلومات عن الترتيبات المتخذة في هذا الصدد؛

١٨ - تطلب الى اﻷمين العام أن يتخذ جميع الاجراءات الضرورية ليضمن أن تدار، تحت سلطة ممثله الخاص، جميع أنشطة اﻷمم المتحدة المتصلة بالعملية في موزامبيق بطريقة منسقة وبأقصى قدر من الكفاءة والاقتصاد ووفقا للولاية ذات الصلة، وأن يدرج في تقريره عن تمويل العملية معلومات عن الترتيبات المتخذة في هذا الصدد؛

The complexity of the arrangements under the Peace Agreement and the requirement to deal with three authorities - the Government of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republika Srpska - necessitate close and effective coordination between the numerous international organizations involved.
