The Secretariat was requested to send all three documents to all participants for comment and then present the documents and the comments received thereon to the Committee at its second session.
وطُلب إلى الأمانة إرسال الوثائق الثلاث إلى كل المشاركين للتعليق عليها ثم تقديم الوثائق مع التعليقات المتلقاة على هذه الوثائق إلى اللجنة في دورتها الثانية.

Following its completion by the co-chairs of the drafting group, the secretariat circulated the first draft of the document for review and comment. The secretariat then compiled the comments received and worked with the co-chairs to incorporate them into the document, which was then circulated to all members of the Committee and observers.
وبعد إيجاز الرئيسين المشاركين لفريق الصياغة للعمل عممت الأمانة مشروع النص الأول للوثيقة لاستعراضها وإبداء تعليقاتها عليها ومن ثم جمعت الأمانة التعليقات المتلقاة وعملت مع الرئيسين المشاركين لإدراجها في الوثيقة التي عممت على جميع أعضاء اللجنة والمراقبين.

After incorporating comments received from headquarters divisions, regional offices and partner agencies, the final list of indicators to be used for the end-decade review, along with guidelines for data collection and reporting, were distributed to country offices in early 1999.
وبعد إدراج التعليقات المتلقاة من الشُعب التابعة للمقر، والمكاتب اﻹقليمية، والوكالات الشريكة، تم توزيع القائمة النهائية للمؤشرات التي ستستخدم في استعراض نهاية العقد، إلى جانب المبادئ التوجيهية لجمع البيانات واﻹبلاغ عنها، على المكاتب القطرية في أوائل عام ١٩٩٩.
