Similarly, the Panel finds that any payments that were made to staff who remained in Dhahran to assist the Allied Coalition Forces are not eligible for compensation in accordance with the reasons given at paragraph above.

Another claimant was an amusement park operator in Dhahran and Dammam in the northern part of Saudi Arabia, which suffered a decline in the number of visitors to both facilities.
181- وكان صاحب مطالبة آخر مديراً لحديقة ملاهي في كل من الظهران والدمام في الجزء الشمالي من المملكة العربية السعودية، وقد انخفض عدد الزوار إلى كل من المرفقين.

During the period of Iraq's invasion and occupation of Kuwait, the Claimant asserts that " field " hospitals (mobile, military-owned hospitals) were built in Dhahran and other locations, for the treatment of civilians as well as military staff, and that a number of new hospitals were specifically set up for this purpose during the relevant period.
201- وخلال فترة غزو العراق واحتلاله للكويت، يدعي صاحب المطالبة أنه تم بناء مستشفيات " ميدانية " (مستشفيات متنقلة مملوكة للقوات العسكرية) في الظهران وغيرها من المواقع لعلاج المدنيين والموظفين العسكريين، وأن عددا من المستشفيات الجديدة قد أنشئ خصيصا لهذا الغرض خلال الفترة ذات الصلة.

With regard to the claim submitted by the operator of the amusement parks in Dhahran and Dammam, Saudi Arabia, described in paragraph , the Panel finds that both parks were within the compensable area; and, consistent with the findings in its second report, the claim is compensable during the period 2 August 1990 to 2 March 1991.
190- وفيما يتصل بالمطالبة المقدمة من مدير حديقتي الملاهي في الظهران والدمام، المملكة العربية السعودية، المذكورتين في الفقرة 181 أعلاه، يجد الفريق أن كلتا الحديقتين تقعان داخل المنطقة المشمولة بالقابلية للتعويض، وأنه تمشياً مع الاستنتاجات الواردة في تقريره الثاني تكون المطالبة قابلة للتعويض خلال الفترة من 2 آب/أغسطس 1990 إلى 2 آذار/مارس 1991.

Between 18 January and 26 February 1991, Iraq fired 46 Scud missiles at Saudi Arabia. / While many of the missiles were intercepted by Patriot missiles, one missile landed in Al Khobar, near Dhahran, causing, inter alia, damage to property.
34- وفي الفترة الفاصلة ما بين 18 كانون الثاني/يناير و26 شباط/فبراير 1999 أطلق العراق 46 قذيفة صاروخية من قذائف سكود على المملكة العربية السعودية(22). وعلى حين أمكن اعتراض العديد من هذه الصواريخ بواسطة صواريخ باتريوت إلاّ أن واحداً منها سقط في منطقة الخبر، بالقرب من الظهران متسبباً في خسائر تشمل التلف في الممتلكات.
