The Council requested the Committee to present a progress report of the research-based report to the Council at its twenty-sixth session and the final report at its twenty-eighth session.
وطلب المجلس إلى اللجنة أن تُقدم تقريراً مرحلياً بشأن التقرير القائم على البحث إلى المجلس في دورته السادسة والعشرين وأن تقدم إليه التقرير النهائي في دورته الثامنة والعشرين.

4. Requests the Advisory Committee to present a progress report of the requested research-based report to the Human Rights Council at its twenty-sixth session for its consideration.
4- يطلب إلى اللجنة الاستشارية أن تقدِّم تقريراً مرحلياً عن التقرير المطلوب القائم على البحث إلى مجلس حقوق الإنسان في دورته السادسة والعشرين، لكي ينظر فيه.

21. Also requests the Advisory Committee to seek the views and inputs of Member States and relevant special procedures, as well as national human rights institutions and non-governmental organizations, in the preparation of the above-mentioned research-based report;
21- يطلب أيضاً إلى اللجنة الاستشارية أن تلتمس آراء وإسهامات الدول الأعضاء والقائمين على الإجراءات الخاصة ذات الصلة وكذلك المؤسسات الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان والمنظمات غير الحكومية، في إعداد التقرير القائم على البحث المشار إليه أعلاه؛

21. Also requests the Advisory Committee to seek the views and inputs of Member States and relevant special procedures, as well as national human rights institutions and non-governmental organizations, in the preparation of the above-mentioned research-based report;
21- يطلب أيضاً إلى اللجنة الاستشارية أن تلتمس آراء وإسهامات الدول الأعضاء والمكلفين بولايات في إطار الإجراءات الخاصة ذات الصلة وكذلك المؤسسات الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان والمنظمات غير الحكومية، في إعداد التقرير القائم على البحث المشار إليه أعلاه؛

The workshop also included a presentation by the Human Rights Council Advisory Committee on its forthcoming research-based report on mechanisms to assess the negative impact of unilateral coercive measures on the enjoyment of human rights and to promote accountability, the preparation of which was requested by the Council in its resolution 24/14.
وشملت حلقة العملي أيضاً عرضاً قدّمته اللجنة الاستشارية لمجلس حقوق الإنسان عن تقريرها المقبل القائم على البحث بشأن آليات تقييم الأثر السلبي لتطبيق التدابير القسرية الانفرادية وتعزيز المساءلة، وهو التقرير الذي طلب منها المجلس إعداده في قراره 24/14.

37. Jean Ziegler, a member of the Human Rights Council Advisory Committee, presented the Committee's work to prepare a research-based report on mechanisms to assess the negative impact of unilateral coercive measures on the enjoyment of human rights and to promote accountability, requested by the Human Rights Council in its resolution 24/14.
37- عرض السيد جون زيغلر، عضو اللجنة الاستشارية لمجلس حقوق الإنسان، أعمال اللجنة المتعلقة بإعداد التقرير القائم على البحث بشأن آليات تقييم الأثر السلبي للتدابير القسرية الانفرادية على التمتع بحقوق الإنسان وتعزيز المساءلة، وهو التقرير الذي طلب مجلس حقوق الإنسان إعداده في قراره 24/14.

20. Reiterates its request to the Human Rights Council Advisory Committee to prepare a research-based report containing recommendations on mechanism to assess the negative impact of unilateral coercive measures on the enjoyment of human rights and to promote accountability, and to present a progress report on the requested research-based report to the Council at its twenty-eighth session for its consideration;
20- يكرِّر طلبه إلى اللجنة الاستشارية لمجلس حقوق الإنسان أن تعدّ تقريراً قائماً على البحث يتضمَّن توصيات بشأن آلية لتقييم التأثير السلبي للتدابير القسرية الانفرادية في التمتُّع بحقوق الإنسان، وتعزيز المساءلة، وأن تقدم تقريراً مرحلياً عن إعداد التقرير المطلوب القائم على البحث إلى المجلس في دورته الثامنة والعشرين كي ينظر فيه؛

At its twelfth session, held from 24 to 28 February 2014, the Advisory Committee and the drafting group discussed, in both public and private meetings, the " Preliminary research-based report on the negative impact of corruption on the enjoyment of human rights " (A/HRC/AC/12/CRP.3), which had been prepared in the intersessional period by Ms. Pabel, the rapporteur of the drafting group.
4- وخلال دورة اللجنة الاستشارية الثانية عشرة، المنعقدة في الفترة من 24 إلى 28 شباط/فبراير 2014، ناقشت مع فريق الصياغة في جلسات علنية وخاصة على حد سواء " التقرير المبدئي القائم على البحث عن آثار الفساد السلبية على التمتع بحقوق الإنسان " (الوثيقة A/HRC/AC/12/CRP.3) الذي أعدته السيدة بابيل مقررة فريق الصياغة في فترة ما بين الدورات.

34. In the same resolution, the Human Rights Council also requested the Advisory Committee to seek the views and inputs of Member States, relevant international and regional organizations, OHCHR and relevant special procedures, as well as national human rights institutions and non-governmental organizations, in order to prepare the above-mentioned research-based report.
34- وفي القرار ذاته، طلب مجلس حقوق الإنسان أيضاً إلى اللجنة الاستشارية أن تلتمس آراء وإسهامات الدول الأعضاء والمنظمات الدولية والإقليمية ذات الصلة والمفوضية السامية والإجراءات الخاصة ذات الصلة، فضلاً عن المؤسسات الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان والمنظمات غير الحكومية، من أجل إعداد التقرير القائم على البحث المشار إليه آنفاً.

39. In its resolution 24/14, the Human Rights Council requested the Advisory Committee to prepare a research-based report containing recommendations on a mechanism to assess the negative impact of unilateral coercive measures on the enjoyment of human rights and to promote accountability, and to present a progress report of the requested research-based report to the Council at its twenty-eighth session.
39- طلب مجلس حقوق الإنسان في قراره 24/14 إلى اللجنة الاستشارية أن تعد تقريراً قائماً على البحث يتضمن توصيات بشأن آلية لتقييم الأثر السلبي للتدابير القسرية الانفرادية على التمتع بحقوق الإنسان وتعزيز المساءلة، وأن تقدم تقريراً مرحلياً عن التقرير المطلوب القائم على البحث إلى المجلس في دورته الثامنة والعشرين.

49. In its resolution 24/14, the Human Rights Council requested the Advisory Committee to prepare a research-based report containing recommendations on a mechanism to assess the negative impact of unilateral coercive measures on the enjoyment of human rights and to promote accountability, and to present a progress report thereon to the Council at its twenty-eighth session.
49- طلب مجلس حقوق الإنسان، إلى اللجنة الاستشارية في قراره 24/14 أن تعد تقريراً قائماً على البحث يتضمن توصيات بشأن آلية لتقييم الأثر السلبي للتدابير القسرية الانفرادية على التمتع بحقوق الإنسان وتعزيز المساءلة، وأن تقدم تقريراً مرحلياً عن التقرير المطلوب القائم على البحث إلى المجلس في دورته الثامنة والعشرين.

2. Also requests the Advisory Committee to seek the views and inputs of Member States, relevant international and regional organizations, the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights and relevant special procedures, as well as national human rights institutions and non-governmental organizations, in order to prepare the above-mentioned research-based report;
2- يطلب أيضاً إلى اللجنة الاستشارية أن تلتمس آراء وإسهامات الدول الأعضاء والمنظمات الدولية والإقليمية ذات الصلة، ومفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان، والإجراءات الخاصة ذات الصلة، فضلاً عن المؤسسات الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان والمنظمات غير الحكومية، من أجل إعداد التقرير القائم على البحث المشار إليه آنفاً؛

20. Requests the Human Rights Council Advisory Committee to prepare a research-based report containing recommendations on mechanism to assess the negative impact of unilateral coercive measures on the enjoyment of human rights and to promote accountability, and to present a progress report of the requested research-based report to the Human Rights Council at its twenty-eighth session for its consideration;

38. In the same resolution, the Human Rights Council also requested the Advisory Committee to seek the views and inputs of Member States, relevant international and regional organizations, OHCHR and relevant special procedures, as well as national human rights institutions and non-governmental organizations, in order to prepare the above-mentioned research-based report.
