The Gender Centre of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina has contacted all courts in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, from the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Supreme Court to cantonal courts.

18. Pursuant to the Rules of Procedure of the Government of RS, the competent bodies have the obligation to send to the Gender Centre of RS, legal documents before their submission for consideration by the Government.
18 - وعملاً بالنظام الأساسي لحكومة جمهورية صربسكا، تُلزم الهيئات المختصة بأن ترسل إلى المركز الجنساني في جمهورية صربسكا أية وثائق قانونية قبل تقديمها إلى الحكومة للنظر فيها.

33. In Republika Srpska, all local level bodies have established committees/mechanisms for gender equality, and the Gender Centre of RS conducts education and professional strengthening programmes of these committees every year.

71. In the course of 2007 the Gender Centre of the Federation of BiH, in cooperation with the Federal Ministry of Justice, organised a public discussions in all ten cantons for the purpose of analysing the implementation of the Law on Protection from Domestic Violence.

368. During 2009, the Gender Centre of Republika Srpska provided technical and advisory support to the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management in harmonisation of the Strategic Plan for Rural Development of Republika Srpska with the normative and legal standards for gender equality.

In 2004, the publication " Women and Men in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina " was published by the Institute for Statistics of Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in co-operation with the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Gender Centre; and at the beginning of 2005 " Women and Men in the Republika Srpska " was published by the Institute for Statistics of the Republika Srpska, in co-operation with the Republika Srpska Gender Centre.
